This is the base game. Honey Select Extend contains both the DLCs that were previously released in Japan. You'll need to purchase the base game for the DLC to work. Hope that clears it up!
Yes, copy and paste the expansion files and folders over the base game. Windows should ask you if you want to replace file/folders with the same name. Choose Yes and enjoy the game!
After extracting the zip file, copy and paste the files and folders over the base game. Then launch the game via the Launcher!

I believe that means that those mods were made to work with the DLC content, which is https://www.fakku.net/games/honey-select-unlimited-extend-studio-neo-english. We can't vouch for the stability of those mods with our release though.

The download comes pre-patched to the most recent version!
The base game version can be found in the lower left on the title screen.
In the expansion it is located in the upper right of the title screen.
The changelog found inside the base game folder should also tell you what version the game has been patched to.

You copy and paste the expansion files, after extraction, to where the base game (https://www.fakku.net/games/honey-select-unlimited-english) was extracted to.
