I think that a RP section would fit better in under the Writing Section. However, it would have the benefit on +1 moderators being under the IB section.
Well, if it were under the Writing section, then at least we could have a say in how literate the roleplaying should be. If it were under IB, I'd think that there would be a lot of "*walks into the room* Hi!" going on.
