Tofu burgers

1 box extra firm tofu
1 1/2 tbs oil
1 onion *diced and cooked*
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1 tbs tahini
1tbs miso
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs dijon mustard

Mash all together and form patties. Pan fry in a little oil.
