Yeah, if you go right after you're attacked you can save them all. And 27 hours with all crew alive, all side quests and galaxy explored.

I finished 24hr 44mins. Although, I skipped one side quest and didn't explore every galaxy/scrub for minerls. Scanning planets was the one thing I hated about this game.

But I had two casualties during the last mission. Skipped the Geth loyalty mission.

Yes, if you leave right away, without doing any side missions after your crew is captured, you can save the Doctor and Kelly.
