It sounds like you guys went through a few character revisions, was there any major changes personality wise from the start of the project to the version we see now? If not, were there any major revisions to the characters physically?

Was there anything scrapped from the storyline from the previous versions that you wanted in the final version, but had to get rid of for whatever reasons?
