I believe you'll get the digital copy as soon as the payment goes through if you're ordering books that have already been released. If you're pre-ordering, then you'll get the digital copy as soon as it's put up onto the site.

Since you're not logging in, make sure you're entering the correct info and the billing address matches the one on the credit card. If you're still having trouble, you might want to contact paypal customer support.

I believe if you email the store with a pic of the book, AX badge, and username on a piece of paper, you'll be granted a digital copy for free.

That's possible, but it might be unneeded. They don't clutter anything as they have their own section and I'm sure it wouldn't free up any significant server space.

edit: Up to Jacob about account deletion in the end, I just wouldn't recommend it.

I feel like the deletion of old request topics would only be valid if we didn't have a way to tell if a topic was new/unread.

I wouldn't recommend deletion or temporary accounts as the digital books are linked to them. Not to mention impersonation problems this would cause.

If you ordered more than one book at a time, then they won't ship out until all the books have been printed.

We're currently going through the process of removing all unlicensed content. Certain tags are hidden as there is no longer any content related to them. The missing descriptions is a bug.
