1. Don't know about MPC, but I use zoomplayer, and when I open .mkv video files, there's this icon that shows up in my toolbar on the bottom right called the Haati Media Splitter, and I toggle subtitles on and off by right clicking on that icon. (I use CCCP and Windows) It also states if there are subtitles or not.
2. I can verify a lack of RAM as the main problem. I torrented chihiro's release of ef - melodies episode 1 with blu ray quality, and the sync was so horribly off on my laptop I was crying inside. I then put that episode on my hard drive, and opened it on my friend's desktop, with 2x the RAM my laptop has, and it played perfectly. I don't remember how significant CPU affected it though, though my CPU around 50% when I'm idle.
3. I have never ran into this problem, and have no idea what to tell ya >.< I'm going to agree with Kaimax again and say the file's corrupted.
4. Once again, agreeing with Kaimax here. Increasing the resolution means more data is being computed at once, slowing the computer down. I THINK the visual slows down, not the audio.

You might as well resort to ddl.

+rep. It was on piratebay? I must suck at searching. Thanks much for this
OH...I didn't know he was asking for a specific one. I thought he just wanted titles of animes with dolls >.<
I'll back up what hermitVI said. Searched Koharu Biyori on mangatraders, and the synopsis fits the description.
That said, this one is ridiculously hard to find >.<
I've tried isohunt, mininova, piratebay...it simply does not exist. Chihiro has released an episode or two, but they have no seeders, and Chihiro frankly is not the best fansubbing group ever, heh...
Shoot, I wanna see this one too now. If someone has the series subbed with torrent/ddl, I'll rep for it.

Only one I can think of at 7 in the morning is Mahoromatic. Mahoro's a robot maid who spends a bit of time naked. It's ecchi.
no problem; that nagging feeling when something's at the tip of your tongue is so annoying. Glad to be helpful.
I guess this qualifies as a loli doujin request.
Are there any English translated doujins of ToLoveRU that have Lala's sisters in it? Will +rep.
I have no idea when I became a lolicon >.<
You'd also make my day. Maybe even two days?

Shoot, is sweet jam 2 translated?
I couldn't find it through googling it >.<
Is it too much to ask someone to upload it somewhere if it's translated?

What would your supernatural powers be?
ans: Mind Control, Invisibility, Teleporting
Asides from supernatural powers, what would your abilities be?
ans: Photographic memory, savant-level deductive reasoning
What would you look like?
ans: Sophisticated looking dude with glasses.
Would you carry a weapon? If so, which?
ans: Yes. I'd carry around a stiletto.
Personality?
ans: Easy going, fun loving. Appears to be nihilistic to the public.
Good or Evil?
ans: The side that I agree with more.
Your goals?
ans: Try to have a little fun in a mostly boring world doing things I enjoy.
Organization?
ans: Nah. Would slow me down. I'd establish a network of spies/sources, but that would be it.

This can't be the only reason. I'd think that their relationship had been strained for years, and the argument over the seaweed was the culmination of it all. At least I would hope. To kill another person, let alone your son, over such pithy a reason is...meh?
I would imagine that the father didn't overpower the son. The son was probably in shock/disbelief over what was happening.

It's all about the right solubility level of the broth. In English, just make sure you have the right amount of water. I don't like those three minute instant noodles. Gotta get the Asian-style spicy broth ones and put an egg in it. Tis the way to go.
Well I'll go ahead and say it was a shame he died young. Twenty two is far too young to die, and to hell with social standings. It is an equal shame that both the pitcher and your brother died at such a young age. I've more or less heard the stories of potential treatments that could send cancer into relapse not offered to patients because it might mess up their clinical trial numbers.
About blowing the scenario up because it was a baseball player; I don't see what is wrong with that. I'm pretty sure Parkinson's patients aren't upset at Michael J. Fox's publicity, because his attempts at a cure will inevitably help them. What this does is put these issues back in the spotlight, and for a time, drunk driving will be dealt with harsher penalties, keeping repeat offenders off the roads, and potentially saving an unknown number of lives.
I don't mourn Adenhart's death. What ticks me off is the idea that a drunk driver can serve his time, not learn his lesson, and be let out into the roads again.

North Korea's launching of a satellite under the pretext of enhancing its space program is an insult to anyone remotely intelligent. Learn to feed your people before launching satellites into orbit. Better yet, redo the country's budget so you can feed 10,000 malnourished babies.
Being a native South Korean with my entire extended family living in South Korea, North Korea has always been a cause of concern. I haven't been keeping up with what is going on (I blame college), but I thought they agreed to close down all their plutonium plants in exchange for oil and food.
Sadly, North Korea is not a pushover. Their standing army is huge, smaller only to China and India's military. It's greater than one million men, and they're probably armed with Kalashnikov's supplied to them from the Soviet Union before it dissolved. South Korea's army is a little greater than half that, consisting of around 600,000 men, with the US sending an additional 25,000 men at the DMZ as political and military support.
What bothers me most is the mindset of the famous midget dictator, Kim Jong Il. I don't understand how the leader of a country can be so apathetic with the well-being of his people. He has to be aware of it, but he doesn't do anything to solve it. He allocates his country's funds almost exclusively to the military. When his people get to the starving point, they're going to be desperate, and at that point, I hope cooler heads can prevail. Otherwise, southeast asia won't be hospitable for fifty+ years.

In the serious discussion section no less...
Hentai has too many genres for any one person to correctly state what is "good". What you enjoy and what others enjoy are going to be different.
Let me take the time now to suggest to you an alternate site for finding hentai. I've also been told you can use it to find just about anything.
Try this url: http://www.google.com

I don't have any problem with wikipedia whatsoever as long as it has references. I mean, I attend the University of Michigan, and my Aerospace professor used the wikipedia page on orbit transfers because she liked the diagram and information. The University of Michigan has the third best aerospace program in America.
I don't understand what is wrong with using Wikipedia. Yes, it is user written, and therefore can be false, but if the wikipedia page sources the information from a reliable source, then what's the foul?
And as to "rely too much on wikipedia," do they want us to suffer finding reliable sources when wikipedia could have them blatantly spelled out to us? What university professors don't understand (though my aero professor does) is that the information age is called the information age for a reason. It is exponentially easier to find information now than it was even ten years ago. Isn't technology SUPPOSED to make life easier?
