He knows Sindalf and myself quite well. We have met irl multiple times and I believe he considers us friends(not close friends).

I agree in part with the original topic, I do think new mods or sections mods are in order. People who will interact with the community more, run contest or make streams/let's play videos. That being said I don't believe (as I once did) that IB needs a dedicated staff member anymore; you guys are just too tame. Fakku in general has become stagnant so new ideas may liven things up but as it stands now this place has become boring. While the staff can help move things along this is in large part the users responsibility, so it's up to you guys to make things fun again.
