Waar, supposing someone divorces their reclaim girl, can they claim another girl for that spot? Not that Im going to divorce Yukiko ever. Just a curious question.Yep, it counts as a normal pick now.
MoteMote is Jakes baby and I don't think he'll take someone else starting it too kindly. Also I didn't have the power to make polls on the front page.

Ive put some thought into other games that could spawn from this one but most of them weren't plausible.

Common sense should be enough, 6 hours after the week is over? Who would edit a post they made a week ago?

Just because I only pointed out 3 more cases doesn't mean there haven't been more. I'm not going to look up every single instance over such a meaningless argument.I can, however, point out the apparent source of the problem. "Round" usually means the whole week, not the moment it starts, so "after each round" is hard to understand for most people. The problem does not come up as often as it might only because most people do not need to edit their posts.
For a "meaningless argument" you sure like to continue pushing. I'm not going to edit the wording. I'm going to add once again you can fuck yourself and not play this game if you dislike the way things are done.

How is that bad wording, it clearly states 6 hours after each round, the round starts when I post, not when the user in question posts; as straight forward as possible. It is apparently a bit hard to understand what "after each round" means for quite many people here. It would make it much more clear to have it say "after the start of each round".
Reading comprehension is not with a lot of users here, huh?
That's just it, he's talking about 3 times in the past 5+ games, so around 300 players per game and it's only come up 3 times? Most of the other rules have been questioned more than 3 times and they're written more clearly than this one is.

I'm not complaining, just pointing out that if some people misunderstand the current wording, it is apparently not written clearly enough for them. Nothing personal at all. It's your lack of tact then. Your words are off-putting and normally I would say that doesn't matter but as it stands you want something from me, or you're at least barely aware that I control something you care about.

I'm sorry if you feel this way, but feel free to see Flaser's quite confused post in the game 8 discussion thread link I added to my previous post.Right, still don't see the issue. He misinterpreted the rules, there's no part of the rule that indicates it would be at the end of the round. Your complaint seems to be about a very small number of people misunderstanding something that is clearly written.

Dev is the first person to misunderstand this issue since I added that rule so it can't be as bad as you say. It's odd to hear you call my wording bad when your recommendation is that I add one word.
I'm sure I've had this same conversation with other people in previous games' discussion threads as well.
Can't say it's come up often enough for me to remember it being a problem. It feels like you're going out of your way to annoy me, and I don't consider that a recent thing.
edit: So 3 times? out of 300-400+ people who join my game it's happened 3 times that you can remember?

First world problem, didn't put [ on my post and ended up having the whole post on bold, almost edited my post, but ended up leaving it alone.More than 6 hours have already passed since the start of the round, go ahead and edit it.
I just posted it a few minutes ago.
This does in no way change the fact that it's been far more than just 6 hours since the round started.
5.This rule is important. You may NOT edit your post until 6 hours after each round; I will annul any posts which have been edited due to possible cheating. If you suspect someone of making ninja edit pm me and link the post and what you believe you saw in the post before the edit. I will have the admins look it up and I will ban that person for a round from this game. Edit's to claim are strictly forbidden.
So basically we may not edit our post after 6 hours we posted it.
Bad wording on Waar's side, but it's always meant start of the round, not your post.

Let me clarify once more, an article that publishes one chapter of a light novel is not a source for a character, at least it doesn't count as the original published material. The light novel the girl is featured in is the only material that counts in this case. I don't want to get into a situation where a character is mentioned in a preview(which this is what it was) being grounds to pick someone. When the light novel was released officially you had nothing more to fear. It was stupid to raise the question at all.
Then I will concede that it is my fault. I don't try to do it on purpose, and I only want to make sure I get it right before actually doing it.
I do appreciate that you really really want all the 2d girls of you dreams. It's just that sometimes being overzealous can only create more problems. It wasnt a big deal but in the future for the sake of anyone who takes over for me just assume if things are written that you dont need to confirm them.

Incidentally, if you post a wrong picture when making a waifu claim (but the rest of the post, like names, series etc. is fine), does it affect the claim? No.

but then I made another claim thinking mine was invalid.
Your post was beaten out by his, not only by time but also by post number. Your saving grace is that he used an incomplete abbreviation.
12.I will NOT accept acronyms for source material, so saying TTGL instead of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann won't cut it.
While I would have accepted his pick over yours if he had used the full English name(Majikoi - Oh! Samurai Girls) his half abbreviation was not enough.
So in summation: Saber's pick is legit and echo's is invalid.

I didn't link you the wikia page, because of the fact you didn't accept it when I gave it to you during the last waifu game, when the first part of the light novel came out in the Type-MOON Ace mag that artcellrox provided. It was my thought that you wouldn't accept it a second time. Not that that matters anymore...

Final note to everyone: It's shit like that that is making me leave this game for good, you idiots are spectacular at fucking up the most simple details, it's actually impressive. I question whether you're doing it just because you want a specific girl soo badly that you're willing to twist anything you can to get an advantage or if it's simply due to my poor explanation of the rules.

It is a pre-order for the re-release of the book.
Edit: I was asking you because the last time I did, you said that she wasn't able to be claimed. Which I asked... the last Waifu game, I think. I wanted to check with you again, and I still provided sources saying that it was even released back then.
Right, and the rest of that page is moon runes, so it's not proof in any way for me. Do you understand that I'm saying that was a poor source. The same for the link animefreak linked, that's not confirmation when I can't read 99% of the words on the page.
The book was released on the 29th of December 2012, so it was not out the last time we played the waifu game, correct? Then I was right to say no at that time.
Now you had a released date that was passed and multiple sources that stated so, being thorough in the instance hindered you and caused me some annoyance, try being less of an idiot in the future.

Zand, I want to point out you never linked me the wiki, while you said you could that would have been enough of a source.
In the future ladies and gentlemen(to help whomever runs the game) it would be best to avoid asking if the girl you want is part of a book that was released, I'm not sure why you wanted to confirm she was available when she clearly meet all the parameters. You just caused confusion needlessly.
edit: you did link me amiami, where I saw "Sale Status Preorder".

https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?p=3556088#3556088I need help friends, can anyone confirm whether or not this is from published material or not. The user is having trouble authenticating it. I need to know if the source is released and something that is published/sold.
Until that time your claim is invalid.
Fate/Apocrypha (フェイト/ã‚¢ãƒã‚¯ãƒªãƒ•ã‚¡, Feito/Apokurifa) is a light novel written by Yuichiro Higashide with illustrations by Ototsugu Konoe. The first volume will be released on December 29, 2012 at Comiket 83.
Should be valid source then??
Source and perhaps something that shows the character is in the book. I dont read moonrunes and the only thing I was showed didn't have her name in the Latin alphabet.
