Either way awesome is fairly hard to pin down as it's more of a feeling you get when reading good drama or awesome content.
Ain't that your role already? I always enjoyed the drama when you got into arguments with people.
My role as a villain is hindered by the leash I'm forced to wear. If any of you remember how I was before I was made staff you would realize that recently you've only seen a fraction of what I can do when not hindered. I do like my position so I wont act out but it would be nice to be free again, free to destroy users who truly deserve it. Oh it would be glorious.

You teach them how to stop being shit by being an example of awesome. All of the times Fakku was slightly better was when good users showed up and did some quality work.
To be perfectly honest though I cant be certain my method is the one that will work, I've tried to force quality into these sections as both a user and moderator and it's never really stayed around for very long.

Most likely not. Nikon has a list that just need a few replacements and the community would elect characters that dont deserve a shot because they have no chance of winning.

If one of your threads was removed from SD it's most likely Tegumi who moved it, she has a lot more experience determining what belongs in SD and what doesn't and to be fair I don't believe that thread you linked belongs in SD either. SD is for discussing things like politics, abortion, the death penalty, class warfare... a topic on whether the color green and blue are two different things is not up to par with what the section was intended for.
You don't want your topics being moved; post them in IB where they belong from the start... or you can "deal with it" when a mod moves them.
