I probably would have locked this were I still doing that.

I believe in complete transparency of leadership, if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to be ashamed of. I'm not sure if I'm venting but I think the users have a right to know what all the fuss was about yesterday.

No need, your only job on Fakku is to enjoy yourself within our rules. Let us worry about how we enforce them. I won't be leaving you any time soon.

It only works when I have support for my actions, take that away and I'm left with few alternatives. I don't expect anyone to blindly follow me but if I'm to be reprimanded for those actions I like to hope it's done in a more private manor... unlike this time. How can I do my job if the person who put me in this job shows people my "authority" is a joke? Now I won't "break balls on petty stuff" and I just have to hope you guys don't get out of hand, I believe this new shift in the rules will lead to more harsh punishment.

You're tame because you don't see 90% of what I do. Any time there's misbehavior on the site you can bet on it being in IB so yes I do believe it needs to be watched. I don't remember which thread of yours I locked but I'm sure I felt it deserved it. I probably wont lock anything/much from now on in IB so feel free to post as you will, but do not repost anything that's been locked.

The more likely outcome is that I'm going to quit someday and leave you all to your own devices. Situations like these don't make me feel as if I have the support I deserve. So while I think less of sindalf for proving once again he can't be trusted I truly am disappointed by the actions of our glorious leader. To clarify and give context to the quote I suggested an easy solution to this would be to create a new section mod for IB and Random and to allow me to move on to other duties(on the site). We are not fighting, we simply don't always agree about everything on Fakku and it sometimes requires much debate to hash out.

Not sure anything I did qualifies an abuse of power this time. While I do recognize this site is Jake's I'm the one tasked with watching IB and interpreting his rules so when I lock something it's because I believe I'm doing my job. Having a user so directly spit in my face is not advisable, it's partially the reason anes got a 14 day ban. Look at it this way, when two Gods on mount Olympus are fighting you don't throw in your hat as a mere mortal(I have a flair for the dramatic).
