You're saying grappling hooks are future tech? I don't think you can compare grappling hooks with some sort of way to block an emp pulse(unblockable).

edit: To clarify Vowels used that Jacob quote to justify a bunch of spam he and 6-7 users (first started by TMS) then posted in IB. It generated a blanket ban for anyone spamming at that moment (not TMS however). Avoid trying to force Jacob to do anything, it ends badly.
