That isn't what's happening here. I do see koko being a major part of the problem but this would all end if they simply ignored her. She would eventually stop trying to communicate with them as well. That being said all of my warnings have been for everyone, koko included.

Sure, but if it takes too long I can always ban them. For every user that I ban 3 more come to replace them(the site is still growing). I do admit that I would prefer avoiding using the ban in this situation but this nonsense is getting pretty excessive. If you don't like a user in ctfg ignore them, reacting only makes you look like a child.
CTFG is pretty high-school.

I'm all for bully threads, but only when it's someone who deserves it. As far as I can tell she's only been a hindrance in ctfg. As this is mostly ctfg hate it doesn't feel appropriate for IB.
