Claiming Kawashiro Nitori from Touhou Project

I'm not that experienced on that stuff but mostly I picked up things from personal experience and the things I enjoyed, whether it's from the music, movies, anime, games, and many more; it's kind of assimilated together when I start implementing all of the ideas into the story~

But well if I could give a suggestion, start out by taking things easy, don't rush ahead, and enjoy your daily life while you're at it. Based on all of these experiences I had while writing, the inspirations tend to come when you least expect it, and mostly when you didn't even try to think too much about the story idea by itself.

yeah, I think there's not much of them present outside the writing forum, even at the Art Section, but I'm trying to keep my eyes open for the potential given hahaha.....

I've made a FAQ in the 2nd post, so this time you could see the potential stories on the Art section being recommended in here. I think some of us prefer illustrated works and it might get these storywriters on the other section more feedback from the literary aspect =)

I'd like to see this being recommended lol, that will be epic~

but really, you guys can give me a suggestion whether I should make this exclusive for the Writing Section or not, but for myself I had a plan to bring the illustrators and authors together using this method

For the January's Recommendation, I would like to recommend you guys:

Nothing to Give by xninebreaker

Simply put, it was one of the most memorable pieces in the contest for me and I'm really impressed on the dedication he put on this entry; it successfully created a heart-warming story with nicely put descriptions, narratives, in addition of well-fleshed out characters with their emotions and actions. Though it was the kind of open-ended conclusion which still intrigues me even during this moment, which made the piece truly memorable for me~

Winter to Summer's Prose by sora_coltrane

How should I say it? The story did impress me with the kind of fresh feeling which I didn't usually encounter whilst reading many other stories; still, it was the intriguing set of characters and the way they interact so well with each other which really made me want to recommend this. Also, it does have some really clever twist right at the end; go read it by yourself to find out!

anyway the beast called 'Nian' pretty much got called by the name 'Barongsai' in my country lol~

nah don't worry, as the content was quite meaty I think it would be a great addition to the section~

it's interesting and informative as far as I can read, but much further down I would suggest working on the spacing between paragraphs as the long, narrow paragraphs without spacing tend to confuse some readers~

They also were the ones releasing the English Subs of it~

Anyway, it's a kind of a Dragon Quest parody with tons of hilarious elements, that I think will appeal to both RPG and Comedy fans =D

It's so blatantly absurd and humorous it managed to make me laugh my ass off from the start to finish~

The title is Yuusha Yoshihiko, it's from the second season of the show with the sub-title 'Akuryou no Kagi'

lol I think I finally know why you like the entry =)

I interpret this song as a story about someone who takes his everyday life for granted, until he finally realized that his time was already up and he's filled with regret about not being able to accomplish anything significant during his lifetime~

so yeah, it kind of inspires me in a way that the lengthy time of youth might not be as long as many people thought, and we should do our best when we're still at our prime =D
