Episode 0 (OVA 1)
Episode 13 (OVA)
Episode 14 (OVA 2)
Also, anyone have any idea why what are listed as Episode 0 and 14 were released together, and then Episode 13 afterwards?

I tend to only rewatch shows once it's been a while since I've seen them, so that I can sort of refresh my memory about them, and/or if they're particularly funny/good. That I can think of right now, the ones I've rewatched are Shuffle! (at least once) and Carnival Phantasm, which I've rewatched in its entirety once and have rewatched individual episodes from several times. I've been thinking of rewatching Seitokai Yakuindomo (because it's funny as hell) and the Kara no Kyoukai movie series (because it's been a while, it's amazing and because I'm thinking of watching it in airing order, rather than chronological order like I did the first time).

I'm not seeing those first two points at all. Where'd you get those ideas from? And the third point is pretty much a descriptor for almost every rom-com/harem protagonist ever. Finally, your last sentence doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Please learn to communicate your ideas better; I had some trouble understanding what you were trying to say for some of your points due to your poor writing.
I watch both, but if I had to choose I'd say I prefer movies, because it seems to me like most OVAs are sub-par or disappointing compared to their TV anime counterparts. Notable exceptions to this are the KissXSis OVAs, the Steins;Gate OVA and Carnival Phantasm (if one considers that an OVA), which just so happens to be one of my favorite anime-related anything ever. Best movies I've seen (off the top of my head) are the Kara no Kyoukai movie series, Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.
I can draw hands, some other body parts, still lives, and most inanimate objects at an almost photo-realistic level. It's been a while since I've sat down and drawn for fun, but when I do, I tend to draw medieval-fantasy (or just regular fantasy) creatures or characters, occasionally sci-fi. My main concerns with my current skills are that I think my drawings still look like 'drawings', if that makes any sense, and achieving accurate likenesses in portraits.
