I have no idea where to get them (aside from a few available in mainstream stores like Amiami). I did get one while in Japan though at Toranoana, they had it included as a special edition extra for Hyocorou's Kakushi Dere book which I picked up. Perhaps they have others too, I've never really checked... (a quick check shows they have a tiny handful..)

As Shashin says, the black bikini parts turn transparent under running hot water...

It was rereleased last month as a HobbyStock exclusive in 2way tricot form. I got it via Yokatta.

Woah that would be absolutely amazing if so. Wonder how many thousands it is to reach level 5 though lol.

Think I'll resist getting into any bidding wars on the Comic1 stuff, and just hope that they do weborders in the future when I can afford them ;(

I'm at about 3k euro this month... but that's including a holiday to japan so it's alright-ish I guess long as I don't make a habit of it.

Uh not sure what you mean by "strips" exactly, but all recent Dengeki G dakis are also a type of smooth knit(SK) (there's many slightly different versions of SK). So it's likely to be the same as for company sheets/bonus items. The quality on the ones you linked is never going to be exceptional, they are cheap because they were cheaply produced and it will show in the quality. The only way to get a good quality cover relatively cheap from mandarake is for it to have been previously used, and have some form of defect (snags/damage, disturbing smell, etc..). Any good quality cover which is in perfect condition will command the usual high prices.

The first one I can't find from searching dakimakura on mandarake, so I guess it's a bed sheet or blanket or cushion or something... Anyways if you want more help on it give the product description page link.

For the others, I'd recommend linking to the actual sale posts on mandarake rather than merely the images, since the descriptions of the items can be quite useful in tracking them down.

My BWStore saber arrived today:

If you look at the fabric coming off her belt on the right, there's a weird bit of the same color on top of it too. From zooming in on the preview image for the cover on the store, I'm not 100% sure whether it was a manufacturing error, or an error in the original image, I think it may have been in the original image.

The last BWStore release I got was Sena, which I was quite unhappy with the print quality on it. Thankfully this time around, the overall print quality is excellent (with the exception of that mistake on the belt region - which may not be a mistake on the manufacturing end). It also seems to be extremely heavy, I'm not sure if my normal 3 clothes pegs method will be able to support the weight for hanging.

From what I can tell, it's allowed to be ordered until the 29th April, and then it will ship on the 29th May. It just has some slightly odd wording in the red text beneath the price.

Raika one is currently only at Comic1 6 (an event) so will have to wait for it to appear on auctions after the event. Or hope it will get a webshop release later on.

You can search in english but it will only return entries that were written in katakana/hiragana not kanji.

Quite like tomose shunsaku's one too.. but will have to see how the pricing for it goes, I might hold out for a web order release of it in future.. The Clesta one is the Raika one which is quite nice too.

Well, nothing stops you connecting a proper keyboard and mouse to a laptop. Or even a larger monitor too if you want.

I've never got a Dengeki festival/comic from eBay before, but If you buy them when they're released they are only priced in the 3-4k range, so 130 dollars plus 25 more for shipping feels like a lot to me ;(

Also magazine ones have defects fairly often (where the stitching was sown together incorrectly).
Having a look for the correct momoyo festival cover I get:

So you could try your luck bidding the 5k (or a little more). 8k buyout probably is a bit cheaper than that ebay auction still, though it'd be close with the high shipping charges on a heavy festival comic issue.

If you're only interested in the dakimakura and not the magazine itself, I'd get it at http://page10.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/m95328684 for 1500 yen buyout. Even with proxy fees that will work out vastly cheaper for you than that ebay auction.

Indeed, it's just after having been able to just walk into a store and pick up and buy dakimakura for the cost on the tag, everything else feels so expensive again!! But yeah webshop orders are still so much better than auctions ;(
