I seriously have no idea what you're talking about.

Music helps me. Specifically with earphones/headphones. I have to block absolutely everything out in order for me to study, that's what gets me in the zone. And make sure to take breaks, because without doing that you're going to overwhelm yourself and fill your head too much and then you won't want to study for the rest of the day, or at least until later.

It's also important to find out when exactly is the best time for you to study; some people can concentrate better early in the morning refreshed after having slept, for some people it's the afternoon and for others even night time. If I have to study I like to start early in the morning until midday and then review later or do some more studying - it really depends what it is you have to study for and how much you need to do. Organise your days effectively so you get study time, breaks and fun time, even make a schedule for each day and try to stick to it.
