You can already do that. Just type in the tags you want at the top.

e.g. typing in vanilla yuri pettanko will give you all the manga with those tags

You can also omit tags by adding "-" before a tag.

e.g. typing in -oppai kemonomimi vanilla will give you manga with the kemonomimi and vanilla tags while omitting oppai
