今日は、お兄ちゃんにあたしの取って置きのカレーを食べさせてあげるわ。
I'll let you eat my best curry today.

うっ、べ、別に張り切ってなんかないわよ。
I-I'm not excited or anything at all!

ほら、お兄ちゃんは向こうで休んでて。
Look, you go and rest over there.

だーかーらー、カレーくらい本当に作れるってば！
LIKE-I-SAID, I really can make something like curry!

全く。いつまで子供扱いするのよ。
Geez. How long are you going to keep treating me like a child?

やっぱり前言撤回！そこであたしのカレーなる料理の腕を見てなさい！
Take back what you just said and look at my curry making arms!

まずは、鍋にバターを入れてみじん切りにしたニンニクと漿果を入れてっと。
First of all, put the butter in the saucepan and then add the finely chopped garlic and tomatoes.

んー！いい香り！あ、確か、香りが出てきたら、赤ワインにつけていて牛肉を入れるのよね。
Mmm! It smells so good! Oh, if I remember correctly, you put the beef in as you pour in the red wine once the smell comes out.

で、いい感じに焼き色がついてきたら黒胡椒と玉ねぎを入れて、よーく炒めるの。
Then, once it feels like it's browned well enough put in the black pepper and onion, and fry reaaally well.

その後に、切っておいて人参とじゃが芋。そして、あたし特製ブレンドのカレー（？？？）を一つのみ加えて。
火が通るまで炒めるの！
After that are the cut and prepared carrots and potatoes. Then, I add just one part of my special made blend of curry (???).
Saute until cooked through!

と、で、火が通ったら水を加えて、沸騰させるの。
Then, once cooked through add water and boil.

沸騰したら、灰汁を取って。。。あれ？うっ。んん、お！なかなか灰汁だけ取れないわね。んあー、お玉に余計なお湯が！
After it has boiled, take the lye... huh? [uguu noises] It's hard to take out just the lye. Arghhh, there's way too much water in the ladle.

ってー！あれ？いつの間にかお湯が少なくなっている？た、たー！そこ！笑わない！
Ahhh! Huh!? The water is getting less all of a sudden? A-Argh! Hey, you! Don't laugh!

えと、灰汁を取ったら、デミグラスソースとグレービーソースソースを加えて、材料が軟らかくまでじっくり煮込むわよ。
Umm, after taking out the lye, add the demiglass sauce and the gravy sauce, and cook all the ingredients together carefully until soft.

どう？意外に本格的でしょう。

After it has boiled, take the lye... huh? [uguu noises] It's hard to take out just the lye. Arghhh, there's way too much water in the ladle.

Ahhh! Huh!? The water is getting less all of a sudden? A-Argh! Hey, you! Don't laugh!
