Sorry for being late on this, I've been pretty busy with college work. I'm not fluent yet so there may be some things that could be changed, but I think it's mostly fine, though if anyone else reading the thread wants to correct anything I'd be happy to hear it.

Also I've left out the part about personality, I wasn't sure if that was good to say or not because of the cultural differences about making yourself seem less than you personally think so as not to make it seem you're great. Though I think it's fine if you're a foreigner. If you want to add it in though the word for personality is 性格（せいかく）.

I didn't want to change anything too much because they were your own words. So add or edit anything at your pleasure or build on it. Might be good to talk about hobbies （趣味・しゅみ） in addition to activities you like doing. Also maybe talk about your interest in Japan and the Japanese language before talking about school subjects.

I hope this is ok for you. And I added a Kanji version as well for when you start learning more Kanji in your studies. Let me know if there's anything from what I've written you want explaining.
