It's Nouryou! Muchimuchi Kawairi Musume by Tetsuwan Woopie. Can't seem to find an English DL link, the English one was removed from e-hentai and exhentai, but the Japanese one is here, it's the second story:

Like Darkhyden said, people don't like it if there's no images in a post. Images are the reason they're in this section. It probably wouldn't have happened if you would've posted an image or two along with your info update. That and it's seeming more like a Request thread than a Nosebleed thread.
