You can also try and reseat the heat sink. Check the heat sink for any flaws and reapply the thermal paste also make sure the heat sink is firmly down. If it still reads high it could be the sensor or the heat sink is not down all the way. Hopefully this solution will work for you.I will try this tomorrow in the evening, thanks for the suggestion. I really hope that this problem could be resolved because I'm toying with the idea of overclocking and I'm guessing that false temperature readings could mess up the whole process.
Spoiler:
Used these three programs but from the looks of it, the temperature device in the CPU is messed up in some way. Are there any other suggestions as to what can be done about this?
After fixing my temperatures and overclocking my CPU I decided that I need a fast storage device to make my computer even better. I have a shitty hard drive right now and am thinking of upgrading it to an SSD. Problem with that is that my motherboard only has SATA II and no SATA III so I would not get the potential massive speed boost. I have found out though that I can get a SATA III controller card which could potentially give me that speed. I have a budget of $150 and I'm wondering if you guys could pick out both things for me. Thanks
My current setup:
ASUS P6T SE motherboard
i7 930 overclocked to 3.6GHz
3x2 GB OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
This has been going on ever since I build my computer. If I restart it, during booting up it would tell me that the CPU is overheated. Thing is I tried touching the heatsink when the computer was turned on, moments before taking that picture and it was barely warm.
My question is whether I could fix this or do anything to solve this problem? Thanks.

First game today. I got really lucky with my team, they weren't just taking the base and porting back like many teams I've seen do. They actually stayed and tried to protect the base. Really fun game
Spoiler:
Does anyone still play this game? I started playing this again about a month or so back and now have 2 level 140 characters.

...being slammed and stomped into the ground for a 39.95$ blu ray player or xbox 369 for 139.95.. I'm not leaving my house on friday, but on many occasions I've stayed up overnight to play games (mw3, LoL) so getting the sale at 6am is not bad for me. The thing that I'm concerned about is where to look for stuff to buy. Usually I get my electronics from newegg when they go on sale, but this is promised to have even better deals(which of course we'll see if they are any good).
As you all know black friday is the day of huge sales. Everyone wants to save as much as they can and I'm no exception. I'm looking to buy ram and ssd for my computer. If there's anything else that could improve my enjoyment, I'd still get it.
If you are planning to buy something that's going to be on sale, please reply to this, because it might give me or other people ideas on what to get. Or if there's a really nice sale you could provide a link and help everyone out. Thanks.

I was fapping with rbz when all of the sudden shit started to shake. Naturally the scare that I got made me climax and I came on his back by accident. Try explaining that to him. He thinks I did it on purpose.

Plan on getting a cameraman. This should be your number one priority if you want to make watchable videos. You'll benefit tremendously if you have someone who has some film experience and can edit videos. You also should plan a budget.Good luck.
A cameraman is a good suggestion, but as for video editing, I can do this myself. My budget so far is 200-250 dollars for the camera and up to 50 dollars per episode. This is going to be pretty expensive for me seeing how I have only 1000 dollars in my savings.
I just hope that one of the people on board with me right now can convince her friend who did some camera work in college to help us out at least for the first few episodes.

Live life away from the camera. REAL interaction is a better method. The reason for the camera is so that I could share it with people. The camera will also make me feel uncomfortable for a while, but after a little time I'll get used to it and not be so camera/stage shy anymore.

PM me the Youtube account link and I'll subscribe. I need some more entertainment.I still haven't set up anything. When then first episode will be made, I will create a brand new youtube channel and start fresh.
Thanks for all the good feedback. I will try to not disappoint you. However if you guys have a few suggestions about what I should do to appeal to greater amount of people, feel free to share it. I will be most grateful.
Well, this is all still in the planning stage. I still have one more final to finish before being done with college, after that I need to write a resume + look for a new job. By the end of the week I shall be done with all that and hopefully some of my friends will try to help me out with this.
Video editing shouldn't be that hard though. The only annoying thing would be the hours spent watching all the recording to pick out the good moments whether it being me making a fool of myself or something actually funny/cool. I'm also thinking of pointing out the places on the map and keeping track of where I've been on a website separate from the youtube channel where people can see those places and vote on who the coolest person so far has been.

No, it doesn't really sound interesting. What would be the point? The point is me doing at least something interesting in my life other than playing my games.
Well that's the thing, it's going to start off with friends of friends, that way I don't really know them and it's new to me. Also this way I get to leave my introvert ways behind me.
What I'm trying to do is change my life at least a little bit, but who knows, maybe this will become popular and I could go outside of new york and hang out with people people at their favorite places(not necessarily on dates). I'm thinking of this being more like going places with potential friends.

When I look back at my life up to this point it is apparent to me that I have spent my life pretty much in a shell, having a few good friends and being alright with that, staying at home playing my video games not wanting to go out to the city and meet some new people [...] I have that kind of lifestyle too
If you're truly convinced you should do it
And i would watch it
The thing is that I'm a huge introvert and it would be really hilarious for the first few episodes watching me getting denied. At least for you guys...
Here's the story. I live in New York, Brooklyn, and I'm going to be 20 years old on june 1st. When I look back at my life up to this point it is apparent to me that I have spent my life pretty much in a shell, having a few good friends and being alright with that, staying at home playing my video games not wanting to go out to the city and meet some new people. Seeing that I didn't particularly like that so I decided to think of something fun and this is what I've come up with.
Over the summer I'm going to take up a project where I make youtube videos on a completely new channel. What's going to happen is I'm going to go find people on the street(mostly good looking girls because "who wants to see two guys hanging out") and ask them if they want to hang out with me in their favorite place in the city during one day of the week. While we are hanging out and doing fun stuff, I look for the next person to hang out with next week(This way the viewers have a little preview for the next video). At the end of the day I will take the person to a clothing store to pick out a shirt to wear while hanging out with the next person.
In case you guys are at least somewhat interested and wonder "what if he looks like a shoe?", here are two pictures of me that I have laying around. The first one is from this winter, the other is from last summer. I still look the same as I did in the summer picture.
And yes, I was born on june 1st 1991, so I am over 18.
The first video I will wear a "hentie" shirt. Tell me what you guys think. Maybe throw out some advice.

I played this game a few months ago, got really into it and found the best champion for me - Poppy. I freaking love that character. If the game really drags on and I get all 6 of my weapons I do around 800-1200 per hit. A few times I've singlehandedly killed the whole team (Though not at the same time, I got a quad and then ran after the last one).
Poppy is definitely one of the strongest champions in the game and feels just right for me. Cass is also pretty dang good.
