First, here are some facts. Over 95% of men and between 56 and 89%
of women masturbate at some point in our lives. Masturbation is often
our first introduction to sexual pleasure and self-soothing.

Here are some of the benefits of masturbation, as established by
research studies.

Masturbation Lowers the Risk of Prostate Cancer

1. Masturbation Protects against Prostate Cancer.

Men who masturbate more than 5 times a week in their 20's are 33%
less likely to develop the most aggressive form of prostate cancer later in
life. A 2003 study by Graham Giles at the Cancer Council of Victoria in
Melbourne Australia found that the ejaculate helps to "flush" or rid the

2. Masturbation Tones The Penis.

Masturbation appears to tone the penis by exercising the pubococcygeal
(PC) muscle, commonly known as the "pelvic floor". The PC extends
from the mons pubis to the anus. You use your PC to hold your water,
preventing urination. Dr. Arnold Kegel a Californian obstetrician
developed the "Kegel exercises in 1946 to prevent incontinence. Since
then, Kegel exercises have been used to tighten the vagina after
childbirth and to heighten sexual pleasure in both men and women.

3. Masturbation Relieves Stress.

Masturbation releases serotonin, the "feel good" hormone which causes
us to relax and feel better.

4. Masturbation Induces Restful Sleep.

For many centuries, native cultures in Hawaii and elsewhere have used
masturbation to induce sleep. Many urbanites throughout history have

Why do you want to go to sleep after ejaculating from sex or
masturbation? The answer lies in a powerful combination of chemical
compounds released when you ejaculate from orgasm. According to
New York University, when you ejaculate, your brain releases chemicals,
including norepinephrine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, nitric oxide
(NO), and the hormone prolactin. Prolactin is the hormone that makes
you feel sexual satisfaction and delays when you can have another
orgasm. Researchers believe that prolactin, and the chemicals oxytocin
and vasopressin cause you to feel sleepy after sex.

Because four times more prolactin is released after you have intercourse
than when you masturbate, you will in fact feel even sleepier after sex
with a partner than after you masturbate.

Because masturbation is a practice that occurs in all cultures and
throughout history, it can be thought of as one of the four keys to
physical and emotional health: sleep, diet, exercise and sex. Each of the
4 must be in balance for you to achieve physical and emotional health.
Too little or too much of any of the Big 4 sets up up for a health crisis.
Research has shown that too little sleep leads to weight gain, too little
good food and proper exercise leads to obesity which leads to heart
disease, diabetes and erectile dysunction, too little sexual release leads to
frustration and the build of seminal fluids which can raise the risk of
prostate cancer.

And therein lies the key. Balance. If masturbation becomes a means to
escape from the harder job of developing a whole relationship with
another human being, the imbalance leads to isolation, which is a pre-
condition to many forms of mental illness and distress.

time per week, 4.7 times per month

Walking into class you notice her stuffed into a corner reading what appears to be a popular manga, you shuffle over to her and nudge her slightly, asking about the manga, she immediatly goes red and you fail to hear the answer as you stare into her now glowing face, you ask if you can read it after her and she wordlessly shoves it into your face, you thank her and return to your now curious friends who are winking at you, now causing you to get needlessly embarrased. After about 15 minutes you start to feel fatiuge and the power of youth seems to drain form your body, you notice that one of your laces is loose and you manage to skillfully step on it to untie it without grinding your face, acting surprised and even disapointed you tell her that you need to stop to tie your laces, she agrees and stops next to you, you notice that her face is red and her breathing is heavy and you suggest you take a break to eat lunch and catch your breath, she agrees so you collapse on the floor and pull out your meal from your backpack, you notice that she has an exquisite meal prepared and ask her if you could by chance try some, your surprised when she takes some using her utensils and offers it to your mouth which automatically gulps down the food, she giggles and you suck up all your courage and ask her out on a date this weekend, she takes a long stare at you before winking and saying ....yes

Waiting outside your childhood friends house, you notice that she always seems to wake up late, you also notice that the curtains to her room are slightly agape and you can see her body if you look at a certain angle but being the gentleman you turn round quickly, the realising your alos a man you whirl back round now to see the curtains fully opened and a fully dressed friend waving from the window, glad she didnt see you at the wrong time you thakn the gods as she comes out of her front door, you instantly notice that shes barely dressed and being a good friend you sort that out for her, you unscruff her hair quickly, do her collar properly, her tie/ribbon, button her top buttons and then when you move to tuck her top in your hands acedently slip abit further than needed and you rapidly pull away before any damage can be caused, you look at your friend whos looks at you with tears in her eyes, she then proceeds to explain that although shes given you many chances to claim or view her, youve never taken them, its at that moment you realise that you never needed to win her heart, because you had already won, caught in the moment you take her in your arms and embrace her fully, the smell of her perfume warming you and the feel of her tears only making your embrace fiercer
