Sure, verified since 4 years, also had enough cash. I put my username and a title explaining my transfer in the message.
That's weird, did you get an explanation?

StuffYeah, the figure.fm is certainly nice as far as them explaining shit goes. They actually have a rules page now that explains what's allowed and what isn't, as well as how the publishing of articles works. It looks like I could publish stuff and it may not be approved, but it would still appear to those who sought it out, just not on the front page tab. There's a new "Upcoming" tab for the posts that haven't been approved for whatever reason.
Edit: Shots from the first Marks Miku that Zengar asked about: http://syota.tumblr.com/post/332266015
Definitely don't think it's their best work, but I quite like it myself. The backside is especially appealing to me. If I could get it for a somewhat reasonable price, I definitely would.
Thanks, I don't think it's worth the 70k just because of rarity though.

Hmm, SMJ denied my PayPal payment for a limit increase...SMJ should have no reason to deny your paypal payment, is your paypal account verified? If so, did you put your username on the title of the message and wrote you want to increase your limit? I've raised my limits 6-8 times with paypal, and I never had a issue.

Spoiler:
Looking good. I'd definitely buy the Miku if she ever came down to a reasonable price, but I don't have to have it like I feel the need for most Anko covers. I'd still love to grab their original Miku that sells for 70k+, though. >.<
Just got two packages this morning myself. One from AmiAmi which included the Crancrown cover. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would, though of course not as good as my unrealistic wishes were; she's sporting some very nice and plump lips, with lots of juices. The line is nice and long (versus some that have a very small indentation) but fairly faint. Sadly, she doesn't have a visible anus, but I'm still very pleased with how it turned out. I'll toss up some pics later.
The second was from Evening Call, featuring the two Pretty Cure chicks (Nao and the blue one) and Lisarra. About to open Nao, but the other two turned out very nicely.
Should also get my SMJ order later in the day. It was a bit strange; USPS requires EMS packages to be delivered before 12PM usually, but my SMJ package is Priority Mail. My mailman dropped off my other two packages but didn't hand out my SMJ package. According to the tracking, it's out for delivery, so either he didn't know he had a third package for me (I didn't think to ask), or another mailman will be delivering it later. Was hoping to get it early, but as long as I get it today I'll be happy.

Do you know how the original Miku looks like? For an older cover, I think the art wouldn't be as good. And which CranCrown cover you got?
I'd imagine it was this one http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?scode=CGD2-32805
If so, I need pics NAO!

https://www.rinkya.com/new/en/auction-m106378875It says used but the description says unopened, a translation error? I think about bidding, but also there are a few words about stains
It's not a error. It's unopened but he's saying that there maybe be marks/stains or whatever on it. The reason for this is like all printed items, there's always a chance for printing errors.
I received a Vivio cover back more then a year ago from Marks which had a pretty bad printing error on it. It's a Roica just like this miku cover from the same manufacturer.
Like this:

Basically what is in his descriptions and most sellers is to protect themselves in the scenario the cover they sold actually had something like this or any other damage it sustained during manufacturing. In short they are not responsible if you buy a cover from them and something like what happened to me happens to you or any other buyers.

With the number of items I'm ordering, before proxy fees and shipping cost to the US, I'm saving about $600. Figure even if shipping were $300, which seems rather high, I'm still saving $300. Factor in any miscellaneous fees I may be missing and I'm still saving some money. While SMJ's beta testing the Taiwanese deputy service, there are no service fees.0_o''' How much did you order anyway?

doh ;(It's a real shame, too. I was so tempted to put in my special order as soon as they opened up, but I figured I'd wait a few days. I should have just kept my mouth shut about the SMJ Taiwan proxy and how much we'd all be saving. :p
I hope you know I'm just being a jerk myself and not really holding anything against you. ^^ I just sent SMJ an email asking if it's a problem they think they'll be able to resolve soon, or if it's a problem they don't think they'll be able to fix. I'll probably look around to see if there are any Taiwanese proxies with reasonable fees, because even with a commission it would still probably result in a net savings.
Edit: Got a reply from Nick at SMJ today. Apparently the Taiwan branch of SMJ thinks BWStore is a scammer, for whatever reason. I told him that I've successfully ordered from the foreign/worldwide links multiple times and have never had any reason to doubt them, but that I obviously had never ordered from the Taiwan side of things. He said it shouldn't be a problem to order from them, then. Don't know what made the Taiwan team think BWStore was shady, but since the preorder is open for about 3 months, maybe I'll wait until you get your order first, willowywicca. ;p
But how much would you save? 2.6k TWD is about 7.1k yen. Besides commission that you pay, you incur extra shipping costs as well. For such a hassle and minimal savings, I don't think it's worth the trouble.
Sneak attack from Evening call, received my 2 sorceress covers from them yesterday, so those who have ordered as well should receive her soon. This is the 2nd time they fail to notify me before sending me the covers.

The BWStore covers are up on the site. Preorder opens 10/26 and goes until 1/20. All 9 are up, so I guess the order period windows was just to determine your ship date; I guess it's because it's unfair to make the people who order 10/26 to wait until February when the people who ordered 1/19 will get theirs. Edit: Yum
Spoiler:
I wish there was a version without the octopus.>_>
Talking about Miku, Apparently Mark's release had a Winter Miku version(Nude). I got my first copy for 24.5k.
What puzzles me the most is that it was a buyoput, and I saw bids on the front page at 24.5k already. I thought someone smart enough would have bought it out~_~.
Anyway, time to hunt for a 2nd copy.
BTW, anyone know Anko's Yayoi cover, does it have cure peace on the back? I Don't really like Yayoi, but I really like her cure Peace form.

Any uncensored picture of the Kimi cover? I searched the thread and only found your discussion from c82 but with no pics, except the official product picture.I own a A&J 160cm, but the measurements are really exact, so probably it wont fit good.
Hmm, I can only think of Cospa and Dakemakura right now who are producing 150x50cm. As I searched the depths of the internet, 160x50cm was far more common, maybe that'll change again at some point.
Here, I took some casual upper shots from the cover that I use.

The A and Js fits Anko and Marks cover, after you slipped it on, hugging it for just a night helps.

Hmm, the A&J pillow is really nice to sleep with, very comfortable :DGot this today:

The cover is really nice, fabric feels good...BUT there's a lot of damaged spots on the fabric, mostly on the backside near the bottom. It was new, so I'm wondering how that could happen.
I mentioned wayyyyy back before about how this is the poorest 2WT material.
I have this and the Mana cover and both are easily damaged(Both are made with DC ya 2WT)
Been a while since I posted, was busy with school and I just finished all my assignments for my psychology classes. Never really saw anything much that caught my attention either way.
I would like to get this cover http://www.charatweb.com/3slg_d.m.html
and probably another of the Neko Oshiki cover. Glad to see everyone as usual.

Lol, I find it funny that some of you guys think you are supporting the artist when you are buying off YJA. Buying from their web reception is fine. But buying from YJA is no different than buying a bootleg (unless the seller sells it directly on there which most don't). You're just promoting price gougers. If you're really supporting them, you'd go and buy it yourself at the event. Why don't you do that? Because it is expensive to pay someone to special proxy for you or fly there yourself. So that's the exact same concept as if someone were to want to buy a bootleg because they don't want to pay the overinflated prices. So there seems to be a double standard involved here. Just because it would cost way more to obtain it legitimate, some of you think buying secondhand is helping the artist.Just like the whole issue with used games. The developers and publishers get nothing off used games. Just saying.
The way some of you post though (maybe it is the way you worded it) make you look very hypocritical. A lot of you think there is a morality issue, yet I bet most, if not all of you, have downloaded a song, program, game, anime, watched video streams of copyrighted works that wasn't posted by the copyright owner, or something else similar at one time and think it is ok. A blind eye is turned here because some of you are just crazy and passionate about this.
Now if you bring in the fact that bootleggers make money off it, that's definitely something to look down upon. But dakis and figures, unlike digital software, are not 1 to 1 copies. So in theory, you can say that it is a customized version. You are paying for the material and ink they use.
There's a reason why many artist sites don't have long web receptions (if at all), and only sell at events that are only a few days. You may want to do some homework if you have no idea why this is. But basically, the original artists pay no money for the characters they use. So they are actually profiting off another person's work just like a bootlegger would do. While not exactly the same situation, the basic concept is the same, however.
Don't mistake me with saying I'm supporting bootlegs though. I'm neither for nor against it. I'm just pointing out how wrong some of you are with your thought process. You may want to re-read my post if you don't understand what I wrote.
I considered it as something those sellers deserve, I mean, if you ever went to comiket yourself, you know it's hell whether you go for the summer or winter, it's Hell and don't get me going on to fighting for booths. Money goes to the seller and artists, I got no qualms paying for help I received.

Oh man, that's gotta' smell terrible. It won't be that much of a problem when you add some nice smelling detergent like softlan. Sunning it afterwards also helps remove the smell.

Now that's impressive. I already spend enough time in fighters getting combos and frame traps down but to add that to a strategy RPG? I'm loving this game more every day.Not surprised. Mugen Frontier had a similar thing.
The combos in Mugen frontier Exceed were insane. It was easy getting over 150 hits.

heh was going to import if I wanted it, but I see that it may come over~
I don't see how it would come over, considering Namco X Capcom didn't even make it, and 2k over likes won't make much of a difference. The licensing cost is tremendous for this game.
Sticking to importing.I will support it if even arrives stateside though.
I have extreme dislikes for individuals that promote bootleg stuff, and I especially cannot stand people praising fake goods as well. While , I know I shouldn't, it's not easy for me.My Very first cover was a fake Kotonoha which left me a deep impression on me when I actually saw an authentic actual cover.
Probably that's one of the reason you never ever see me, post on figure.fm or whatever websites. It's extremely disheartening, fake saber covers and the likes.
