Nah, now that I think about it, most net cafe (the classy ones) in Surabaya have no problem with this annoying filter. Though I've read in Kaskus once that you can bypass this filter by tunneling and whatever-ing, but well, being an old man like I am, I'm quite uninformed when it comes to advanced technique in technology.

Also worth trying. Because this is costless, I'm putting this in my #1 list to try.

If anyone's Indonesian here and know how to bypass that fucking filter, advice is greatly appreciated. Also, using Open DNS didn't work, tested it out already.

Isn't that more of a reason to just get a decent laptop instead of getting a console you already know you won't be using much?
It seems like you don't really have a limiting budget so getting a decent laptop that could play more recent games(and emulate older games) very well.
Is there any emulator for PS3 or PS4? If yes I would have done so a long time ago. Plus I usually use my laptop for work, and I've been using it for 6 years already, so there's some kind of reluctance to part with.
Call in sentimentality or whatever.
