I don't know what discovery channel is like for you, but from here its nothing but shows about speculations from random people and (I think it was) American pickers. History channel and Discovery channel have become terribly disappointing. Only educational channel's left on t.v. here is pbs. (occasionally comedy central as well.)
OT: Define the subjective term "cool". What may be cool to you may not be to someone else. Same for your cool towards there recommendation.

One of the things we could really use is a villain, someone for the whole community to rally against. It can't be someone who doesn't have staying power though, too many run away too quickly when faced with adversity.
Either way awesome is fairly hard to pin down as it's more of a feeling you get when reading good drama or awesome content.
Ain't that your role already? I always enjoyed the drama when you got into arguments with people.
My role as a villain is hindered by the leash I'm forced to wear. If any of you remember how I was before I was made staff you would realize that recently you've only seen a fraction of what I can do when not hindered. I do like my position so I wont act out but it would be nice to be free again, free to destroy users who truly deserve it. Oh it would be glorious.
