He's one of mt truck driver. He already worked for my family for about six years, since my father's reign. I found out that he's been taking out illegal money without me knowing it. And it seems like he's been doing it for 4 years.
Well, don't feel so bad - you had a good reason to fire him. A damn good reason to fire him, and he should be happy that there's no incoming lawsuit.
But he had a wife and three kids. And he is not certainly living in comfort either. I can't help but think how he and his family would live if their father has no job? I can't help but feel guilty at this.
