Based on what I've seen so far in the Specific Manga Series section, people tends to post in the respective manga thread when a new chapter comes out, for the exception of Naruto, One Piece and Bleach. For example, a new chapter for To Love Ru Darkness comes out. Instead of making a new thread in the sub-section, people tends to simply post in the main thread. Therefore, I believe having such sub-section is meaningless.

It's ambiguous for a reason. If we gave specific rules it would allow some users to push and abuse those rules. For example if we had something that said "we allow trolling in IB" there would be no limit in place and some could retreat into the excuse of "the rules don't say I can't" when going overboard. "Insults, harassment, flaming, trolling, baiting or other similar abusive behavior towards other members of the Forum will not be tolerated." I mean, seriously? Ask any random person who passes by if they think IB obeys these rules including "special considerations", which again, is too ambiguous.
Again, not really complaining. I think the management here is fine, but I do think IB warrants its own set of rules even if it's just for the sake of new users, so they know what to expect.
IB is specifically different from any other section because it do not increase post count. Basically the same as ctfg but with more hate. If people just can't stand the harsh nature of IB, why not go to ctfg instead? People are nicer there.
Also, I think ctfg has higher traffic compared to IB.

The Ukrainian spokeperson said that actually it's not that necessary to bring your pass all the time, but do try to bring it for identification purpose. After all, them police arent paid well enough to do all this shit, so I kinda symphatize with them.
Also,is there legal if you have 2 wifes in Indo?
I know somebody who have eighteen wives and still want more.
