The change in rules is mostly applicable to Random and IB, we wont flat out delete 2 threads about the same topic but we still want some form of order, so I still merge things if I find it's been done before. Anyway, we most likely wont move any of the topics that are currently stickied right now, at least not until Jake says we should.Eh, then why not just get the rule in function with IB and Random as the exceptions? I believe it would reduce the confusion caused.
