It's hard to tell. I'm black. It felt awesome that Black people and people of color finally had a victory. But his presidency is marred in crap. Some people felt he should be like Jesus and change everything in a short period of time. I always knew better than that. And more importantly, there are so many people in government who've been working against him since day 1, that he's hardly been able to really do anything. Still, that's not an excuse. I have a feeling this year, we will see him do a lot of great things, only because it is an election year, and if he wins, all the people in Congress and in government who've given him a hard time will finally be exposed and have to take responsibility for not doing their jobs.
But the other half of me knows he is not the man he sold to the American public. He's just like any other politician I should not trust. So part of me knows he is going to win, but part of me wishes something would be done right if he does because I know a Republican winning again would not help me or people like me, but then again I'm not getting any help now, so what's the difference.

Were not judging him on color as jay up there...I am black too. But I mean he stop half stopped a war. Bin Laden was killed under his authority. What else could we want? Forgetting about the healthcare and the other stuff he mentioned in the beginning of his presidency; he did a good job better than Bush who got us in Debt any way. <---My opinion. Still whether he gets elected is up to us.
In my opinion I prefer a democrat...

Yeah, I'm black and voted for Obama. However, at this point, it seems like it doesn't matter who goes into office after this coming election. I'm disappointed with Obama due to his decisions regarding the economy. I can't help but to wonder whether he's being used like a stringed puppet. Anyways, I might as well vote for him again since I'd rather burn in hell before voting for a republican.

If Ron Paul can make it to the primaries, I'll vote for him. Otherwise, none of the other presidential candidates are worth voting for. Mitt Romney is too far right to be able to smooth over a transition of the presidential office moving from a middle left democrat like Obama; it would be too much I think.

I don't like the alternatives, so yeah. The republican bets don't strike me as... sane.

No, no and no.
Barack Obama has warmongered this congress and the parliament into giving him what he wants(Remember: If you don't pass this spending bill(once, the largest spending bill in U.S. History before he decided to spend, more and more!) the economy is gonna tank!
Well, if you believe government numbers the economy didn't tank BUT neither did the unemployment rate drop below 10%. But, several independent economists have our unemployment rate much more(realistically higher) at 20-22%
We've lost our AAA Rating and we're bound to lose even more as military spending still takes up more than half the U.S. Budget, Government bailouts of failing institutions, these same instutitions are robbing the citizenry of their money as they collaspe.
And I am SICK and tired, after four years of hearing this excuse "Well maybe Obama was tied up. Or, there was fierce Republican opposition." For 1 1/2 years, you had a majority Democratic Congress! That's why you got your beloved spending bill in the first place! And of course, the health care bill which violates the Commerce Clause and thereby now state the government can now mandate mandatory spending for individual U.S. Citizens.
At this point, unless the American People are willing to take charge of their Political Destiny and they understand and comprehend that neither the Republicans or Democrats at any juncture are willing anytime soon to defend the American People, you will get More Obamas.
As we've gotten over the past half century.

Bin Laden was to be found no matter who became president. We could have had John Kerry as president and Bin Laden would still have been found. Either way if you remember, George H.W. Bush's approval rating was the highest ever after Operation: Desert Storm, but as Bill Clinton said, "Its the economy, stupid!" meaning in the end, its who ever proposes the best economical plan wins. Obama pulled that 4 years ago, but didn't follow through it.

I agree with Lustful angel. Under Obama we've had
A renewed P.A.T.R.I.O.T act, A failure to close Guantanamo bay as promised, The Bank and Auto company bailouts, continuation of 2 wars, the signing of the National Defense Authorization act (which contains vague language that could lead to the indefinite detention of any American citizen even so much as accused of being a terrorist or a sympathizer without requiring that they be convicted in a court of law). Rapidly increased the national debt faster than any president in the history of the country.
He campaigned on change and he didn't change anything. He's Bush in black face.

I'm not judging Obama on color, but I feel like it's important to discuss race no matter what. America can't seem to clarify what's important and what isn't when it comes to race, but let's be honest...A LOT OF PEOPLE VOTED FOR HIM BECAUSE HE IS A BLACK GUY. The same sentiment will not be there come Election Day. Now it will be about him being a politician, rather than it was the first go round.

We had two of the most pro wall-street politicians in ages in office, which argues for my position. In a Fascist Administration, Wall-street doesn't get this ability if it(wall-street) exists at all.
And who exactly is going to complain about this as it benefits the state and it benefits the people? The age-old argument has been: If it's this secular group, it's bound to be another.
But that's incorrect, Guided Freedom acts on the same principles as Universal Freedom, it just also acts on the understanding that the State is just as alive as we are and hence, just as we have to avoid certain poisons so too does the homeland.
The Founding Fathers, agreed with this position as they made it difficult for people in high places to accumulate the majority of positions for that isn't freedom neither in it's universal or guided form, that's just aristocracy.
But they didn't make it impossible, Fascism would make it impossible and if they bitched and complained their would be no political blackmail or the opportunity to do so, they could only meekly move out of another country and proclaim themselves the next "targeted ones" to which I laugh. There's nothing against them except their anti-America position. Change that and you're more than welcome to do anything.

Well, i tend to keep my head out of politics. too much backstabbing for my tastes.
But in reality, whether or whether not he is reelected or not. The policies that he made need to time to go into effect. If he did a good job, the next president gets the credit. If it doesn't go so well, the next president will probably face a larger failing economy. Same thing with hoover. Created hundreds of jobs, after leaving office, fdr get all the credit. Hindsight is 100.
Considering that he inherited a big can of worms from George W. Bush, i say he did a decent job. As for the current economy. Only time will tell.
So i would say reelection.

Definitely not.
Going from platforming on the premise of wanting to shut down Guantanamo Bay to signing the NDAA's fiscal 2012 addendum which gives the United States government the right to arrest any American citizen without pretense under the guide of terrorism, doesn't exactly leave me with much hope for his administration anymore.
That said, I won't vote for Romney either. The fact that all of the Republican nominees (sans Ron Paul) being so entirely eager to invade Iran is just disgusting. At least they aren't trying to hide their reasons. It's even been admitted that one of the key reasons for wanting to invade Iran is only so we can justify our ridiculous military budget. Here's a thought. How about instead of going to war to justify the increase in the military budget, we scale back the military budget instead? No? Just a thought.
So unless Ron Paul manages to get the Republican nomination, I don't plan on voting this time. Which speaks volumes about my disgust and hypocrisy because I hate it when people bitch about the government who aren't even willing to take the time out of their day to vote. I always believed a person who didn't even vote, who is able to of course, has no right to complain. However, now I'm starting to see why some people simply choose not to vote. Why should you bother trying to pick the lesser of two evils? What good does it do you in the end?

Times like this I wish Nader still ran back in the old days when I was growing up, Vote for Nader! We used to shout that stuff but yea hes done some good and hes done some bad. The only way he would secure my vote would to remove NDAA and shut down the SOPA stuff~ Other than that simply fuck it~ I rather see the people rise up and create a political party for the greater good of us but that would be just as hard

i'd re-elect him. his presidency was marred by the fact that the Congress he had to work with was utterly disappointing and could never agree on anything of real importance. the President can't do jack when Congress doesn't throw him a bone when he needs it.
people who think that simply electing a new president will make things better are sadly mistaken. if Congress stays the same, then a new president won't make a difference, they'll simply be another sheep to scapegoat for them.
tl;dr, i'm votin' Obama 'cause i don't caaaaaaaaaare.
