(Disney's) Stitch!

Okay, it's a kid anime. yeah. But Stitch is still the greatest Disney character ever.
Anyone else see this yet? Episode 1 was subbed and it seems pretty good, and I think up to Episode 6 is online, but just the RAWs.
(Crappy quality, but here's the Opening.)
Here are the lyrics, because I'm bored enough to type 'em.
According to the subs:
---
Because he bit off the sun
He was a spur of the moment
ALIEN
Because he was wild and the quickest,
He was an unbeatable
ALIEN
Because he was able to catch the shooting star,
The Yokai were excited by the
ALIEN
Because he wanted to do nothing for the wish he desired,
He was surely an airheaded
ALIEN
So, what kind of good deeds will he do?
From all the way from space,
To Earth,
They met on a small island.
Ichariba Ohana! (We'll become friends!)
Hey, you! (Hey, you!)
Come on and laugh! (Come on and laugh!)
Let's all -
Have a good time.
---
... Okay, I just typed up lyrics to a kiddy anime that no one's gonna care about. XD I need a life. I find it funny how the anime uses 'Ohana' like it was originally a Japanese word.
Here's what bothers me:
If you've seen the original Lilo & Stitch movie, you'll know that Lilo gave Stitch his name.
If you've seen 'Stitch! The Movie' you'll know that Lilo names all of Stitch's cousins (The other 625 Experiments.) You'll also know that Jumba calls Stitch '626' and Pleakley calls him 'Little Monster.'
This brings up a number of problems:
Stitch has his name already in episode 1 of this anime.
Both Jumba and Pleakley call him Stitch.
Jumba and Pleakley know each other.
Angel appears (She will at some point, she's in a lot of advertisements.)
She'll have her name as well.
Dr. Hamsterviel, Gantu, and Experiment 625 all know Stitch by name.
That shows that the 'Stitch!' movie and the animated series happened.
---
But in the anime, they're tossing the American storyline in the trash. Gantu, Hamsterviel, and 625 all know Stitch already, as do Jumba and Pleakley (who both call him by that name.)
They're keeping the "dog" disguise for Stitch. (Yuuna says "He's small enough for people to believe he's a dog from the forest!")
And one of the biggest issues: They toss around the word 'Ohana' like it's originally Japanese. This shows that Stitch knows Lilo, since she taught him that word.
That is NOT Lilo, by the way. It's 'Yuuna.' She teaches Karate and something else happens about her Dad, I didn't pay attention.
So as you can see, Japan took the L&S storyline and buttfucked it all night long.
---
The anime's plot, from what I can gather from Wiki and Ep 1: Stitch wants a wish, but has to do 42 Good Deeds (Maybe 44, according to TV. com.) To keep track of 'em, he has a watch on one of his retractable arms. The number goes up when he does a deed, and goes down when he's bad.
Also - Listen hard after the first "ALIEN" in the song, and you'll hear Stitch laugh. JAPAN RUINED HIS LAUGH. What would normally be a crazy "MWA HAHAHAHAHAHA!" is now like "MWA HAW HAW HAW HAW!"

When I first clicked on this thread, I was ready to say "Wrong section" and be on my way. But I'll be damned, Japan made an anime Stitch show.
Ooh, they took that little Hawaiian girl who wasn't very cute to begin with and made her ten times as ugly. Anime's supposed to make characters look better!

Best Master-San
Yeah, I only watched the 1st episode, and decided to wait for Disney Channel to air it. :D
It's nice but what I really want to know "what's with the time gap?"
EDIT: it's not Hawaii again, it's in Okinawa, "the hawaii of Japan"

That isn't Lilo, it's Yuuna. I'm gonna edit the first post with the story, because I have nothing else to do.

I seriously doubt America's getting this. With 'Leroy & Stitch,' the series pretty much ended. I'm a huge Lilo & Stitch fan, so ... I know this stuff. >.> I'll update the first post late tonight when I get home from work, it's actually very interesting.
EDIT: Updated it already.
EDIT AGAIN: Wow, there's already hentai of Yuuna.

Sure.
How do I do that again? Last time I tried, the image turned out a lot smaller than it should've been. I'll edit this once someone tells me.

There's a button for that. It's the one with the little picture of mountains.
Or you just put

The first stitch movie was good. Everything after that was a bit of a fail imo. I don't think that even Japan can save that show/character, for me at least.

Well, here ya go guys.
But like I said, they don't look that great, and Stitch kinda looks like a pig in the PalComix one (Although they did a great job with Yuna.)

You're welcome .. ? XD
I've checked, and the RAWs are up to episode 9, although I think only 1's subbed right now.

Reviving a YEAR OLD thread? Should I? Is it safe?
Well, if it isn't, I'd like just a slap on the hand, please. This kinda sounded revive-worthy (to me, anyway. A new season and DUBBING sounded like a good reason. You'd let it slide if it was Naruto or Death Note. >_>)
First off:
AKA "Stitch! 2/Stitch! The Alien's Big Adventure" a 2nd season started up. They're adding more Experiments, according to what I've seen. Season 1 had Angel, Felix, Sparky, and Sample (that's all that I've seen, anyway. Might be more.) I know Season 2 will have Mr. Stenchy, but that's all I've seen from clips.
The series has been licensed for dubbing, but that's it. As for what's going to actually HAPPEN, that's still up in the air. Word is it was picked up by some California-based company that has NOTHING to do with Disney - Which bothers me. It seems like Stitch won't have his American VA this time, unless Disney steps in at some point (which I'm surprised they haven't already.)
As for subbed, it seems like only 3 episodes of season 1 are done - A group does one episode, loses interest, and drops it. I don't know if anything else has been subbed besides 1 through 3, but I doubt it.
I can't be the ONLY Stitch fan here. No one else? Really?

And yes like most disney sequels the rest were bad. HOWEVER, this looks weird - and even moreso when I know that it isn't like japanese didn't see the first movie and know that it was originally a hawiian girl.
If I watched a movie about a japanese girl, then they made it into a tv show but changed her nationallity, I'd find that very weird. If stitch was popular enough in japan to make a show about in his hawiian setting, why change it?

Like I said, they fucked everything - They're somewhat ignoring Lilo was ever around. The only things that would say otherwise is that the Experiments have their names, Stitch has his name (So does 625/Ruben,) and Jumba says something like "Why is Stitch returning to Earth?" meaning he's been there. Japan got and loved the original L&S series (They have a complete series DVD, America doesn't for some reason.)
I don't know. I really don't know why they're dubbing a Japanese localization, but I'm not going to complain on that - I'm REALLY interested to see where this goes. If they change Yuna's name to Lilo though, I'm not buying it. That's a dick move.

THEY RUINED IT!
The dub has just premiered - Not in America, but in English anyway. THEY FUCKING RUINED IT!
We didn't even get a CRAPPY version of Ichariba Ohana! Just some shitty clipshow!
From what I read - Stitch's original VA wasn't even aware that this series was being MADE - Most likely why ... Wait for it ...
NONE OF THE ORIGINAL VOICES RETURN IN THIS. They're all shitty.
The plot was fucked with, too - In the dub, the story is Lilo got a boyfriend and is sick of Stitch, so he gets pissed off and runs away, ends up in a wormhole, and POOF! Japan.
WAIT A MINUTE, NOT JAPAN!
We're not TOLD where he ends up, just some random area. Bravo, dub.
Episode 1. At your own risk.
