Story.
Running late on her first day as a patrol woman for the Bokuto Police Department, spunky moped rider Natsumi Tsujimoto decides to take several shortcuts, only to be chased down and cited by mechanical genius and expert police driver Miyuki Kobayakawa. Upon arrival at the precinct, Natsumi finds out that her new partner is the same woman who ticketed her earlier. At first, she doesn't trust Miyuki, but in a short period of time, they develop an unbreakable friendship that overcomes traffic accidents, reckless drivers and even the strongest typhoons to hit Tokyo.
There's an OVA, tv series and a movie.
The one I've explained is the OVA.
This is a pretty good anime.
And it's by Kosuke Fujishima, the creator of Oh My Goddess. :D

I remember this show. I think Ive seen just about every ep from the tv show and the ovas but but I havent seen the movie. Is the movie the newest one cause remember something coming out not too long ago

I have yet to finish the third season, but they changed the animation style and I wasn't too happy with the newest incarnation. I have to pick the rest of it up when I get the chance.

I remember staying up late to watch "You're Under Arrest" when I was much younger. The doujins I have in my collection are rather hot too. :D
Definitely a classic but unfortunately, the latest season appears to be under-subbed.
