Story.
When 17-year-old Makoto Konno gains the ability to, quite literally, "leap" backwards through time, she immediately sets about improving her grades and preventing personal mishaps. However, she soon realises that changing the past isn't as simple as it seems, and eventually, will have to rely on her new powers to shape the future of herself and her friends.

I've been intending to watch this movie for quite some time now unfortunately, I still haven't gotten around it, nether do I have it yet.

Ah I wanted to make a thread about this, but thought it didn't really fit into the Anime Series forums. However, since its here, I would recommend this movie to anyone. Truly awesome with realistic emotions portrayed by the characters.
The story given by theotaku might spoil the story for some so I would think that it should be in spoilers.

I'm surprised a thread about this anime hadn't been made yet... I loved this anime. One of my favorites. The animation was great and the story was great too. I highly recommend it.

It's been a while since I watched this, but I remember enjoying all of it. It has already been mentioned, but it's worth mentioning again, that the animation was great, and the story was awesome. It's a good movie to watch.

I'm always reluctant to making threads about single OAVs/movies since there's usually less to discuss. This can easily be considered an exception though.
A substantial amount of time passed since I watched it but one impression is still vivid in my memory - IT WAS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING !

Toki wo Kakeru Shojo is one of the most memorable movies I ever watched. It really touches your heart and really inspires you to do stuff with your life,and all the people that connects with you.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean there was another thread about it. I meant it had already been mentioned in this thread that it had a great story and the animation was awesome. I'm glad you made this thread, though. We needed one.
