Plot Summary: A young girl named Rahzel is booted out of her house one day by her father with the instructions to ’see the world.’ And so her journey begins, However, she won’t be doing it alone … for she befriends a stoic young man named Alzeido seeking revenge for his father’s murder. Alzeido and Rahzel are like oil and water … but even still, they feel strangely drawn to one another. This could be either the result of an underlying attraction — or their shared powers with magic. And so, the two reluctant allies travel from town to town, using their powers to help the helpless, while discovering their own respective places in the world.

Gods, it's been ages since I've watched this. I was all over it back when Shinsen subbed it.
However, this anime is not exactly Shoujo, you know? Too many things explode, get shot, are drop-kicked, magic missile'd, or some combination of the four to be a shoujo anime.
Major pain in the ass is that the anime cuts off pretty quick, at only ten episodes, while the manga is, I believe, still ongoing. Tokyopop issued takedowns to all major manga hosts, tho', so the only option is to shell out $100 for ten volumes of Dazzle that have hit the states.
Which is a pain in the ass, to say the least again.
