Has anyone else read this manga? It kept me interested well enough.
The just started to translate the manga again. I was kinda put off by the summery at first but I gave it a try when I got bored. Also an anime of it is coming out sometime.
A high schooler named Taisuke Kanou is living with his older sister, Youko, after the death of his parents. He lives a relatively quiet life until a massive surge of suicides around the world known as the "Nightmare Week" begins.
From that moment on, weird phenomena begin to occur around Taisuke. He is victim of space travelling illusions. He sees a smiling girl who jumps to her death from atop a building. His best friend, Hirose, is framed for murder. His classmates are killing themselves for no apparent reason. Furthermore, the police always seem to keep an eye on Taisuke while investigating Hirose's case. At the same time, a psychotic murderer appears, and he sees our protagonist as his "comrade". Will Taisuke succumb to all of these crazy incidents? Or will he be able to someday return to his old peaceful lifestyle that he yearns for?

I remember reading this a long time ago. It's pretty enjoyable. the main character is relate able and the story has a nice flow. I would definitely recommend this.

I read the first volume of this and I thought it was the coolest thing I had seen in a while. School life, mixed with supernatural gory stuff, with this weird mysterious vibe that always kept everything interesting. Then I read volume 2..... this thing turned into a complete shounen...... :cry:

amazing story (Perfect name- Fits the story), all aspects that one needs in a manga, though i am still hazy about the immortal story

but he got totally beaten by hirose so he didnt get the H.A. but still i wonder whats taisukes power is (--)

well he is the secondary container, what was the criteria for getting the heart again? something bout having a giant hole in your heart?

absolute despair it is but i think taisuke can hold it even without that or nami and/or yuuta will be killed -__-

@ Xel Naga thanks for introducing this manga, I'm really enjoying the suspense. It gives me a Hero's sort of vibe, but with more gore and moe. So far I'm on chapter 24.
