Observation aside, I do hope it's a shojo series that I can enjoy like Special A and Itazura na Kiss. (I have yet to watch Skip Beat... but will sometime later.)

The word mecha(めちゃ)here means differently than the other mecha(メカ) since it uses hiragana instead of katakana which gives it a different meaning.

The mecha here means something like extremely or really. So in English the title would be ZOMG! Extremely popular chairman! Something like that...

Not sure if I'll be watching this though...
