Peach Girl

I have yet to check this anime out.

I watched the first four episodes of this anime at a con last year because there was nothing else going on at the time. I regret it to this day. My time would have been better spent sitting in a corner staring at the wall. The characters in this show are far too stupid and gullible to be real. Nobody could possibly be that naive. Do yourselves a favor and watch something else.

The ridiculous thing here more than the show itself was the creation of this topic. I can't imagine what came into redfox6's head to even bother making this thread only to mention his displeasure with the series.

I remember it being televised years ago and upon seeing the heroine, I knew that there's NO WAY I'm watching this. (the funny thing is, I still ended up seeing some of it anyway) - I could no longer recall if I ever did finish it but it was sooo cheesy nonetheless. This is the epitome of what a shoujo-themed series is like; mainly directed towards the female viewers.

I saw a couple of episodes of it a while back, and the only thing I liked about the series was the opening (or closing, I can't remember which).

It really is a stupid show, and the character designs are just, I dunno, lame.

The funny thing is, it seems to have all these great reviews and a ton of advertisement, but I haven't met a single anime fan who liked the series. I even once saw a person say that the show is racist, because the main character doesn't like her tan skin. :lol:

I checked it out just to see how bad it is and I actually like it. The drama isn't as painful as bokura ga ita or Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (Especially not KGNE). The character design does suck and Touji has to be the dumbest male character in anime romance. I've never seen anyone as stupid as him, but like some of you said a lot of the characters are lacking brain cells. But it is fun to watch nonetheless (Sae is such an adorable little bitch, can't help but wanna rape her in the ass). I'll finish the anime since I'm at least entertained.
