they're high school students yet they look like 7th graders
it's got nothing to do with drawing style because the adult male figure is about twice as tall as they are @_@

they probably graduate earlier in their times...

Anyways, I loved watching this series, its been quite some time since then, but recently while watching K-ON! for some reason I was reminded of this anime.
