It ended at volume 4. There is no more after that. Tite Kubo moved onto bigger and better things, i.e. Bleach.

Actually, you'd need to blame the public for not reading or liking the series. Stuff doesn't get canceled just because an editor doesn't like it. Sales are all that matter.
I heard that Kubo was very depressed when he was writing Zombie Powder, so maybe it was better that it got canceled. If the series had kept running, he probably would have gotten more depressed and maybe done something irreversible.

Oh and I don't get the low amount of fan shit everyone I have met who read it is like dam I loved this series.
