been playing avp 2 in my anticipation of this, after all these years i still don't get tired of it.

I'll be curious on the Alien's storyline if there is one. I want to start out the game again as a facehugger and chest burst my way out to growth..
AvP2 had some decent story in altogether and so that the game's stories weren't individual ones. Really liked it.

This game looks really good, hope it will be good as it looks though, like Bionic Commando the looked good and ended badly (erased all tracks of that game ever being on my PC)

Damn, this rendition of AvP looks pretty good. For some reason, it reminds me of Turok (2008)... must be the in-game graphics similarity.

i heard they making another aliens game based on the movie James Cameron's Aliens...but it was canceled...now there is a new development, only it's delaying too much...here some info... Aliens: Colonial Marines

Apparently you can download a demo of it for PC off of steam and you can find demos for the 360 and ps3 too. According to the official site it should be out sometime this month.

Played demo and so far it is a little bit retarded. Since it's only ffa, games end up being chain grabs. Meaning instant death grab and while you're killing one guy someone sets themselves up behind you to instant kill you and so on. Alien so far is the best in my opinion cuz it's the easiest to run around and instant kill people constantly.

there was one time where Shawn, a friend of Shawn and me played as alien and there where 3 marines. somehow it became a team deathmatch XD.
Marines stuck together and we as aliens stuck together and used strategy in the party chat.
I also had to up the brightness of the game because I couldn't see a darn thing. scares the fuck out of me when you're just running around and suddenly have the arm of a predator stuck trough your chest.

Me and 2 friends of mine over steam went on playing cooperatively as Marines. Made the things bit more fun when there's 2 extra guns and motion trackers to take down those Preddies and aliens.
Another Marine player in few games noticed that we worked as a group and joined in. Ended up being Marines vs Aliens + Predators. Pretty fun, even with 8 players.
