Sekirei ~Pure Engagement~

First and foremost, in no way do I have any intention of stealing this series away from you Gambler. In fact, I would have loved to inform you through PM but you seem to be away anyway (C76 related perhaps) and thus I've decided to create a separate thread for now as I believe it would be more ideal for promoting a series sequel this way. I sincerely would like for you to merge this to the one you had created a year ago and just make the necessary edits/changes/updates. (No kiddin)

Aside from sharing those bits of information, I would just like to say that while there's no hiding my disappointment towards the first season, I'm still planning to watch this sequel anyway; it should still be fun (being a "standalone" adaptation) and hopefully, Minato would or have already developed some spine/backbone both literally and figuratively.
PS: I've got no hidden agenda whatsoever. Imo, less clutter the better. :)

Actually was expectin Gambler to make this thread to but w/e
As for the first season I saw it but it took a while, series I saw the first episode and said NO! and from me that's something I tend to give a lot of shows a change, but sometimes imo a show tries to hard to impress me, or suffers animator seizures and it all goes to hell, anyway I gave it another shot and managed to get to the end nano desu. Will I watch this next season nano desu? Well, depends...I haven't read the manga, but if there any possibilities of moar loli then count me in nano desu ^_^

Yep, less clutter the better.
The first season was like *meh* so I'm a litle apprehensive to watch the next one. I follow and bought the manga as well, and the manga was way more exciting than 12 episodes of this one. But the sequel should have a little investment of trust from me, since I'm hoping it will have more story than fanservice.
Literally, here's a spoiler.

I have always believed in the "First-Come, First-Serve" principle, which can be applied to forums and how threads are created. Since this thread isn't a repeat, I don't think it deserves to merged with my original topic, so it shall remain, at least for now.
That being said, I wonder when the second season of Sekirei will be aired, since there is still not much material from the manga that the animation studio could use. If I am not wrong, there are only 8 or 9 tankoubon volumes...

I mam reading the manag so I have my expectations on this new season.
I just hope it won't be as short as the first one so that this anime can come to an end but I think there might be another (3rd) season :|.

It's a funny thing with Sekirei. I liked the first episodes but then the story and animation were really weak; I haven't see the ova and thought that I don't care anymore of this, but after watching the promo I said "looks interesting". Only time will tell :P

It's finally here!!!
Sekirei Pure Engagement Ep. 1 is finally out!!!
"Let the Worship of Sekirei continue!!!"
Here's one of the many sites that have it by now, but at this link, the episode comes with a sight eyesore....
Serkirei Pure Engagement Ep.1
After watching it, I have some questions about the episode and will need to review the first 12 episodes of Sekirei.
"Quickly, To The Batmobile!"

Such as? Watched the whole first series about 3 hours ago.
Hopefully, second season will go on a little more serious note than the first one.

Kinda annoyed that Tsukiumi's face got covered by the announcement in the kitchen scene.
I'm happy I finally got to watch the second season of Sekirei. More anime Tsukium1 goodness!

Curious and Wondering
Judging from the first episode and how I liked it, I'm in for this.
Although, *fingers crossed* they don't do the usual harem stereotype this time.

Episodes 1 through 5 are out and episode 6 should be out sometime later this week, and yes, Minamoto has more of a spine this time around, taking charge and adding to his "harem" :)
