The anime contains 12 episodes, each containing 2 stories that are 15 minutes long. There's also a special episode (also consisting of 2 chapters) and 4 OVA episodes.
I enjoyed the manga a lot back then when it was still serializing, but the anime turned out to be a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the effort of getting it; it's not even complete, and they can't even draw Nishino properly.

what was the huge dissapointment? havent seen the manga but i tought the anime wasnt that bad and it couldve been worse... sure there are some... almost major things that lack for it to be astonishing but its fine for a regular anime right?^^
but yeah about the funny parts of the anime like in the ova... it didnt really make me lol(lough out loud) ^^

I only watched the anime, but I must say that it was quite the disappointment.
I got kinda into it and wanted to know what happens next, but then the conclusion just kinda let me down. It was so lame...
The only good part was the OVA.

I never finished the anime but I recall a scene where one of the females chases the main character around the school trying to beat the shit out of him and then they get to the roof and he asks why she is chasing him... BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!
Gay.

The anime is a huge disappointment. It skips around a ton, which loses in character/story development, it ends much earlier than the manga, doesn't have a real conclusion, the list goes on. If the story seemed at all interesting to you, I would very much recommend reading the manga over watching the anime.

The manga is more superior than the anime yet again.I don't watch anime adaptations of manga because the art gets fucked around with. Either that, or it's the story.
