KimiKiss Pure Rouge

Oh no! Not another high school romance anime, featuring schoolgirls, you may think.
At first glance, KimiKiss Pure Rouge may seem similar to any other high school romance anime, with Mao-neesama returning to Japan, after spending two years in France. She now resides with Koichi, her male childhood friend. If you are predicting for love to blossom between both characters, with obstacles coming in along the way, then you may be wrong.
The numerous characters appearing in KimiKiss is what makes the series stand out. After watching the first episode, I can't tell for sure who are the main characters since everyone is given screen time. As of now, there are 3 male characters and plenty of female ones (which I have lost count), each with different personalities. Even with the large number of characters, I would say that the producers have done a good job of juggling them, and each episode will most probably tell us more regarding these individuals. Love is definitely one of the key themes in KimiKiss, but only with further character development can we tell who will end up as couples.
I can't say much of the ending theme, which may be average at best. On the other hand, the opening theme song is light-hearted and definitely protrays the feeling of love.
To end off, here are some pics of the schoolgirls:

Main reason why Gambler is watching this: Schoolgirls! Need I say more? :D

I feel like a little schoolgirl admiting it, but I love the opening theme. I tried for hours to hunt it down on the internet... but I had no luck.
So far I am ejoying this show. I haven't watched episodes 4 or 5 yet but I also appreciate that there is more than one main character and that their relationships are developing at the same time.
I could use less of those frogs though.

This is one of the many series I'm downloading but didn't get a chance to even start (along with Ninomiya, Myself Yourself, Clannad, Shana II, etc.). This first few chapters of the manga were pretty enjoyable, although in my opinion there's too many girls. I'm not exactly a fan of the harem genre though, too unrealistic for my tastes.

http://gendou.comI was going to say the same thing. Gendou is one of my favorite site (After Animesuki, Animeka and Mininova).
Going back to the main subject. Kimikiss has the same director that Nodame and Honey & Clover, so it's surely going to be a good show.
It's great that there's a lot of cute school girl, but I wonder if there are enough time to develop each character.

This is probably my favorite romance anime that started airing this fall, with ef-a tale of memories and myself;yourself coming close, as far as whether or not there will be enough time for character developement I don't believe the number of eps have been anounced so it might be a longer running series? whether it is or not hopefully there will be enough developement for everyone... except for those frogs

there should be enough time for character development i believe... though I do like the fact that there isn't really much in the way of main charters, everybody seem to have air time and it is never focused too much on any one particular person...
Thou I do hate that socker guy.. that is the one personality I really hate... every time he gets screen time I want to punch him..

I have been watching this series and so far I have not seen anything that would cause this show to standout for all the other shows

A pretty good anime imo, though kind of generic in some ways at the same time different, so far so good

I don't have anything to complain about it, except I don't like the artwork, it's got a nice plot n.n

this show started off quite good, but has been going down hill the last few episodes... seriously hope they aren't going down that predictable path with Mao they seem to be hinting at in episode 10... that would be too disappointing and would probably ruin most of goodness of the show...

Until the very last episode, we can't be sure who Kouichi will eventually choose. I wonder if Kazuki will have to choose between Futami or Sakino. Personally, I would like to see more of the latter.
