Super Robot Wars Original Generation: Inspector

Seriously there hasn't been a thread on this? Shame on you! I'm a fan of mecha and I got to say this is how your make a mecha anime. You draw people in with the explosive action and the carelessness for human life (They don't seem to care for the adversaries they are fighting but thats whats good about mecha, NO ONE CARES :D).

So anyway the things I'm looking forward to is the equivalent of Wodam Ymir vs Sanger Zonvolt. And the epic animated version of this.

As a Super Robot fans I loved the first episode. Problem with this anime is if you didn't watch SRWOG Divine Wars or played the game you will be a bit confused about the story. However the story might be explained later and compared to Divine Wars it focused on the ATX team which didn't get much of a spotlight in divine Wars with new enemies. In a way its a new storyline so it won't be hard for people who aren't familiar with these series except for the characters I guess. But I don't think its much of a big deal as long as Kyosuke's and Excellen's background is explained in the anime.

Awesome OP by Jam Project, gets my hot boiling each time I listened to them and watch the OP like 30 times. I'm really happy this season that we get some nice mecha anime which was zero in the previous season.

Huzzah, SRW. They're going at it a little bit differently from the game... but that's alright. Gotta squeeze the whole game into 26 episodes, change is inevitable.

Question... i haven't watched this, because when an anime is an adaptation of an RPG tends to be a really bad one... for example Makai Senki Disgaea or World Destruction...

but is this really good?
the godlike Folka Albark appears in the anime?

YESSS!!! Finally My favorite duo Arad X Seolla will have their moment. Well there was the OVA, but meh. Anyways, I hope thy can pull off the Twin Bird Strike beautifully here.

I'm also hoping that they would feature the Reversal characters too, just like what they did for the PS2 version. Man, I absolutely love the Excellence series

Well as the long wait has passes at last Super Robot Wars as anime. The best action to wait is of course Axel vs Kyosuke that will be tense. And Alfimi looks so cute that made me wanna cuddle her.

Alfimi is just so HHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGHHHH~~~~~~~~~

At last somebody who is not affected by the over limit big breast babe in SRW. two thumbs up for you Kaimax.

So far, it's doesn't really stray too far from game and good I say.

And I think Folka wouldn't appear since this anime focuses on SRW OG2's story and Folka wasn't included in OG until OG Gaiden game.

And oh, I'm waiting for Kyosuke vs Axel, hope it'll be epic.

Yeah, I kinda expected better Zankantou action... I just hope the SRX combines again, but IMO, the Variable Formation this season just isn't as good as Divine War's... Sure its more detailed and stuff, but you can't see anything... its like a movie with a great setting but horrible camera positioning.
