To be exactely there has been only two Seasons so far:

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu counts as Sidestory.
However the ending of Second Raid has been left pretty much open, so a 3(4) Season wouldn`t hurt ^^ Sadly i didn`t heard anything about it.

Well..I heard a Rumor that The Creator Of FMP itself said that the next season is already on-Process...However, it's not officially Announced yet, so at least we can hope for it...

i really think there is no need for a fourth season unles is just comedy like the 2nd season. They beat all the main abd guys. But if there is a fourth season i want to see the battle beeteewn the to grils in order to have sagara

In the last three seasons, we've learnt all we need to know about Sagara's past. However, the whole Whispered and Black Technology things have been mentioned, and promptly forgotten.
I'd like to know exactly what the Whispered are, and where BT came from.

Don't forget about Tessa's "Brother" Leonard Testarossa and his organization "Amalgam". He only appeared in about two episodes.
So I think we can expect more story from him, if there are a 4th season.

Well, I'm all totally for a 4th and 5th and 6th season if you ask me. I don't know if any of you follow the FMP novels, but I guarantee you that after reading them, you'd want more seasons. I've read far enough to know that eventually Mithril and Amalgam go head to head in an all out war. More shit ensues, and if yall want to hear more about it, pm me for more details and novelization uploads. There's so much juicy stuff that happens after FMP! TSR (which is the novelization of End of Day by day) that I'm bursting in excitement at the thought of another season/s.

I notice that Kyo Animation tends to make fun of other series or utilizes other bits and pieces from its own creations, though using something outside of KyoAni's own productions is a new one. Deathnote was created by Madhouse...

I've been waiting for official word on another season as well, I can't get enough of kawaii little Tessa-chan or spicy Kaname-chan, and let's not forget Mao-oneechan! But srsly, there is so mush more to da story that continued on in written format that hazn't been animated yet, enough for several full seasons even, none of this 13 episode bullshit.
