[TCF June] Ramenlette
1
Time to join the competition (and give the promised recipe)
Ramenlette
(original recipe from a badly drawn pic from a 4chan lifehack thread)
You need( per person)
one pack of instant Ramen (big) OR 2 small packs
one egg OR two eggs (if you use small packs)
1. put the block of noodles into boiling water until they are soft (usual ramen quality)
2. wash the noodles with cold water and drain them, the first part is done now (this part is essential, since hot noodles will instantly react with the egg)
3. crack crack crack the eggs into a bowl and M-I-X the spices/aroma pack into the egg. thourougly stir. (you can add other spices you want in this step, too)
4. Add the noodles and mix until the noodles are evenly covered in the egg mass
5. oil a pan and spread the noodle/egg mix into it.
6. handle it like a omelette now. if the lower side is good, flip it.
(Dont worry if the Ramenlette breaks while flipping, since this consists of mostly noodles and has no real stability.)
7. fry the upper side too, get it out of the pan and serve.
You're done.

It doesn't look appetizing with the picture. Sorry, I didn't meant to offend or anything. It's just that we eat by our eyes first so presentation is important in dining experience.

OP, don't forget to post your link to the contest thread. Don't make the same mistake I did last time.

I made this for dinner - quite a nice recipe when you dont really want noodles *again*.

The reason its yellow is that the chicken flavouring was yellow and I also added some parsley.
