Summary
After a long and treacherous journey, our Hero finally arrives at the Dark Lady’s castle only to find himself being asked for help. The Hero explains how the war that the demons have brought upon the humans have killed thousands and put more in misery. The queen of demons however argues that this war has made the human society band together as one and showed empirical evidence how it has increased population, increased production, boosted economy and improved society overall. Furthermore, she explains to the Hero that ending this war will result in a civil war that will produce more bloodshed than there ever was. The Hero, convinced that the only way to bring peace, relatively speaking, is to join forces with the Dark Lady, agrees to help with her plans!
Just found it today here, and honestly, though a story about hero and demon lord is TRULY cliche, this manga has a difference that I may have never seen before (dunno if you ever seen a story about hero and demon with such setting though).

At first, I got some doubt cause, y'know, a manga about heroes and freaking demon lord? That's way too cliche, man.
But after I read it, I'm glad I read it =)

Can't say i wholeheartedly approve of everything that maid said in ch 2. But ch 1 showed this to have the potential of being fantastic, i reckon.

This is basically "Spice and Wolf" meets "dragon Quest". Quite intresting, and nobodyhas a name except their title. It was originally a 2ch Flash Manga (watch here), after positive reviews the guy made it into a light novel series. And then three different manga series based off the light novels spawned. The scanlators went for the one with the best art.

Just finished chapter 1. The whole Demon Queen x Hero thing is cliche, but having the economics thrown in somehow makes it more interesting. I like it.
