Another one I did not see on the masterlist.
Synopsis: Sato Yo is a high school boy who likes SEGA games. One day, he enters a grocery store to buy some food for dinner. When he tries to take a bento box, he loses consciousness. He comes around to find all the bento sold out. He notices there is a war game going on at grocery stores and players called "Wolves" compete for the half-priced bento. Yarizui Sen, the leader of the Half-Pricer Club, forces Yo to join the club and he enters the bento war.
More information: This series is set to air October 2011 by David Productions. Not sure what to say about it, but should be fun to view. For the time being the length of each epsiode is unknown.

....what?

.....what?
this is....weird....really weird.
it's just about the half prized bento in supermarket which is normal thing compared to the half prized fishes that lots of old hag would fight for it.
really, japan and their weird theme sometimes still confused me.
*facepalm*

There should be some fanservice involved. After browsing through my latest issue of Megami magazine, feel free to visit the official anime website: http://ben-to.net

it's true half prized things are good but this is food.
unless it's something that created by prettiest chef or dat guy from born to cook or other famous cooking anime/movie characters,it doesn't make any sense to get brutal over it.
fuck it!
just like on Gundam Age,i'll shut my mouth and try to watch the 1st episode of it.
if it's not worth it,say hello to my Smelly God Finger of mine.lol.

This seems...fucking retarded, like I could get behind it if it was a joke, but they seem to be taking it completely seriously, and even if it was a joke it would still be pretty fucking retarded.

This anime has caught my interest. Unluckily I don't think it will meet the expectation I have in mind.

just watched the 1st episode.
so yeah, even though the theme is still pretty weird but somehow....it's pretty interesting.
after it's kinda explained why there's "war" happening in supermarket,i can get related to it due to my circumstance of living alone and sometimes gotta watch my living expenses.
in the series, there's a bento that got half prized from 420yen into 210yen and wow, that is a steal.
so even though the battle's a bit exaggerated, but for the living condition and those prizes, you do have to be a wolf to get your prey.lol.

Crazy anime is crazy.
At least it wasn't too normal, and I liked the chaos.

Assuming the first episode and the OP are good indicators of what the anime is about, then I'm going to be quite pleased with this series. (But seriously, when has a first episode and/or OP ever really told the truth of a series?)

I will continue to watch this if I like the fight scenes...other than that...I don't think there's much to like about it.

well the first episode...was well, I'm not sure how to describe it. alot of stuff didn't seem to make sense to me, but maybe it'll be explained later.

Ep 2
I'm having more respect to this anime now. Ep 1 gave me the impression that this will be a random weird show where people fight over-dramatically over half priced foods but now that its explained, it makes me take the show more seriously.

This anime is not too bad
Japanese people are very smart to make a story idea
