People who like hentai are more intelligent?

From past observations I have noticed that the majority of people who like hentai seem to be of higher intelligence than most. For example, good grades at school college etc. Not in particular nerds (definitely not), just those of higher intelligence.

As much as I would like to say yes, that'd be making an unjust biased decision. I figure those who can find hentai are smarter than your average bloke.

Well, if normal porn is the norm, and hentai would be, which the name implies, abnormal, it would be for those more picky about their porn or atleast have a more individual taste.
Also, anyone active in a healthy community gotta have some level of intellegence, as the most stupid people tend to find birds of a feather just about anywhere outside the internet.
However, it may be hard finding a good normal porn community as such a community would have little in common except the actual porn, which in all honesty isn't a topic one can discuss enough to get a good community. A site needs a more specific audience or possibly communities within the community to create a feeling of mutual interest and understanding.

Hentai has nothing to do with intelligence. It can be enjoyed for its pleasurable satisfaction or it can be praised for its art. I personally enjoy it for both reasons. It is a nice little side hobby to do when I'm at home and got nothing to do that day. It provides a light to heavy entertainment for my mind. I don't always do it for the sexual satisfaction but I love indulging myself into a story that involves sexual theme. I love to analyze teh story and art style and find mroe works of a specific author.

If you really want to base it on intelligence then I will try to explain it in the most logical scientific explanation. Because our intelligence is so high we do not carry much imagination and creativity. Normal things do not satisfy us too well. We are fascinated by anime and manga because it is a fantasy world that we would never think of and it satisfies us. This later expands for a more sexual desire for some. Since our mind is not satisfied with reality we believe that a more erotic viewing of these fantasy characters being screwed is so amazing. It directs us towards a new way to view things at our disposal.

I really don't think hentai has anything to do with intelligence, if anything I think it would make your grades go down even if you are intelligent. I know I've had many urges to quit doing my school work to fap to hentai, because the number 8 reminds me of a female body or the searches for my project brought up advertisments of porn... Well, it does give ideas for writing, which I use in class to suck up to the teacher and get all A's on my freewrites.
