After Hibia lazily logged into SSH and dealt with the aftershock of how easy it was, he downloaded the Sanshee database which contained hundreds of rows of sensitive user information (Full names, E-mails, Unsalted MD5 encrytped passwords, Home Addresses, Phone Numbers) - If we wanted to blackmail you, here would have been a good place to start, did we share any of this? No. Did we ever threaten you? No. Did we share ANY senstive data? No. Did we tell you what happened? Yes. Did you follow up by telling everyone their information was compromised? No. Users and Staff were unaware of their sensitive data being known - so much so that many of you are using the same passwords you used on Sanshee around various facets of the internet--for that matter, if you don't trust either of us as decent people you should change your passwords if any of them were used to register to Sanshee. Years later and you've finally been warned, and not by the person who should have warned you. Not warning your users that their data was stolen is outright irresponsible. All we did was login to a few services (we generously skipped over your PayPal, FDCServers customer panel (Which would have given us access to FAKKU's Dedicated box, source code, database, and everything else), and mock you for your horrible netsec, and ridiculously hilarious E-mail's, we even went as far as to give you advice on how to secure your services, you took none of our advice, and tried to get us to tell you all of your security flaws, where we jokingly told you we don't work for you, so we wouldn't do netsec for free.. To bad that I was here, but even if I went tl;dr on your whole thread I can summarize atleast a fragment of thought: Your OP mentions hacking, hacking occurs 6 minutes later.You retaliate and then enter a sense of bravado after the whole incident is done. In summary,your guilty if not for doing the work yourself, supporting the act is condemning enough.I won't mention on what you perceive about the caretaking of the site, I will however focus on the fact that you did rob all of us of fakku for afew hours for using force unregulated when it could have been directed.
